The lack of essential things - there was nothing for doing the dishes nor the broom for cleaning the floor.

Towels weren't clean. They were washed but not clean. And there was no sponge for cleaning the dishes but there was dish washing liquid.

Nice pool, beautiful surroundings, great beach path all the way to Umag. Great for children, animals, you can also find quiet space for yourself if needed. Cleaning staff very friendly.

Night animation for adult was very small period. last years was much better.

This time we were near the evening show and it was to much aloud. It started after 8 a clock and lasted even 5 hours. But the terrible druming after midnight was not from Katoro but from hotel next to it I think. In any case it was quite unconfortable for our small children. The second thing is the swimming pool, water was clean but you should clean the walls more frequently.

Our second stay in here. This time we have no problem with reception, but they must strictly keep their check-in time (14:00), there is no possibility to get the room earlier (it is not their fault of course). Clean apartement, near the sea.

The facilities like pizza restaurant, shop etc.. had very short opening hours, all closong at 14:00.. Perhaps that was due to us being early in the season.

Great location and facilities. The resort is fairly big providing a lot of paths for a nice walk by the beach, and has everything you neeed without having to leave, although going out to see the rest of the coast is just a 15 minute walk by the beach. Very friendly staff at the location, plus activities and parties. Amazing pizza next to the pool.

it’s a bit further than 1st line in my opinion, but not that far after all. the beach is made of concrete or has rather large pebbles, so be sure to grab special shoes

All furniture and equipment quite old and used. Badly maintained shower. Unstable wifi and A/C was turning off itself time to time.

The apartments are very basic and could do with an upgrade; not much kitchen stuff (knives, forks, plates, cups, glasses) if staying with a family. The bedsofas are old and are really not comfortable. On the complex there really should be more paths along the main roads; families walking on the street to the reception and supermaket while cars go in two directions.

The location is very good. Even though there are a lot of people, it is a large complex and there is enough space for everyone. Beach is great, sea is easy to swim in (take water shoes!) and the pool is large. When we arrived we noticed our fridge didn't work and within 15 minutes the staff brought a replacement.

Came for a 2nd time but unfortunately facing the same issues like a year before. Check-in took cca 2 hours - suggest because it was a weekend afternoon. Maybe in different days the reception is less crowded. Wanted to buy also a half-board but because of some administration issues had to come for 2nd time (,,it is complicated, please come in half an hour''). Would recommend to order the ,,supperior appartment'' (red buildings near a childrens playground) which are in the best location with the best equipment. Despite this the rooms are not some high-level, but acceptable. Sofas in the ,,living room'' are not suitable for sleeping. One was broken. Cleaning service very poor. We only received some new towels. Maybe mopping of a floor is not included in a price and that might be OK, but somebody could be suprised. All staff at the location seems to be very bored, especialy lady at the swimming pools bar extremely anoying. Despite all these issues we spent a very nice time - everything depends on the people around.

Very nice location, suitable for families with children. Also dogs our allowed. Area is spacious, you have many possibilities where to go or lay your beach blanket. Restaurant in the middle of the area, not some haute cuisine, but reasonable for a price. Almost everybody can chose something. Small shop with the necessary food and drinks also in the area. Good connection with Umag by a train. Very nice pool with a small one for children.

Not only did we have a poorer apartment given to us on arrival, but the apartment was absolutely stinking (Mould), it was unacceptable..., we had to sleep there for 1 night before we could be moved to the other apartment.

After discussing the fact we assumed we had paid for a certain apartment type (which we knew from a previous visit), as the photo's in the booking showed only the apartment we wanted; however in reality we were given a poorer apartment (also further from the sea, restaurant etc.), the Reception in the end upgraded us without further charge, to the apartments we had expected we'd booked and paid for.

Location, to far from the beach. Property was different to one advertised on photos. Surrounding was not not very clean. At night it was very dark. Supermarket was below average.
