This isn't really a concern, but I messaged them before coming if they have a place to park, and they just said they reserved without mentioning it was additionally charged. They should mention it's not included when someone asks. However, I ended up unknowingly parking on the street next to the hotel and they didn't charge the reserved space.

The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and orderly. Old-fashioned but nice. We unfortunately didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as we were just there for a night. Breakfast was decent, nothing amazing but solid.

It is a nice hotel, I have been here for the third time. It has an excellent location, it is modern, tidy, convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a good sauna and a fine jacuzzi pool.

The room was very small, half the size I booked, there was a problem with parking, I asked the staff to help, they refused me on principle, although one place was free until the morning .. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ugly 1970s dirty old green yellow carpet that smell, flyes all over food that put some famous restaurant to shame in price with service fees and taxes but very poor quality, 20+ years old TV with telitext and a couple of channels in German on a tiny TV in 720p. Requested a toddler bed but got a sofa bed instead which was unsafe for child due to gaps she could fall through and risk of entrapment, so we had to put her on big bed which was dangerous again as she could fall from hight and suffer serious head or neck injuries. Generally uncomfortable and pricy. No water or sachets of toiletry provided in room, no kettle or drinks.

Everything else. No complementary coffee or tea with 4 stars. Receptionist answering emails with low knowledge about customer service and hotel industry in general. They are not for the guest, at all. Room is dirty when I’m returning back from meetings, only bin emptied. Bathroom has got hair in the complementary section. It’s just not 4 star.

I asked and the hotel confirmed baby cot for our 1 year old( I mentioned in the reservation the baby’s age). They gave us a double room with merged twin beds and an extendable sofa (made for the baby). If a hotel ranked 4 stars doesn’t know which kind of bed should provide for an 1 year old child it shouldn’t rank 4 stars. The receptionist said that we should have announced at reservation which kind of bed we request. A baby cot is a baby cot an extra bed is an extra bed! Simple as that. The hotel is pet friendly there was a lot of barking in the rooms and a powerful smell. ( my guess it was dog pee) The bathroom door doesn’t close and the vent is very noisy. The bathroom vent only shut down if you shut down the power from the main switch. The power sockets are not baby safe. Breakfast was okish and they gave us a soup in the evening for our baby( previously they said we should pay but later they said we shouldn’t because of the child’s age). All over the hotel looks clean but old.

Noisy.. and dated.. and curtains broken

The curtains were broken all light and heat came in at 5pm.. rooms have a correspondent door to next door and you can hear Everything - i had to change rooms at 2am. The staff were not sympathetic and the receptionist in the morning wasnt even listening to my concerns.. the hotel is stuck in the Communist 80s.

First of all the hotel is far far from 4 or even 3 stars. There is no welcome bottle of water, no morning coffee… nothing. If you want water you need to go to the reception and buy. It’s written that they have a parking (covered) - in the reality the open parking is for 8 cars only and covered one is in the shopping centre- where you have drive and pay

No parking available....I spend 40 min to find a parking to stay over night. The worst is they didn't tell in advance there is very limited spaces so I could book in advance. Instead once I checked in they said no parking available and I need to sort this out on my own.

When we arrived I spotted hairs in both beds. The bed sheets were not cleaned, it was clearly from the previous guests. Disgusting. I asked to change the room, they gave us another one. The rooms are seriously outdated, this is a hotel from the past. The lady on reception not too nice. I will definitely not repeat this booking.
