very noisy, you can hear the people in other rooms showering like the water is falling frim the ceiling, no ironing and cleaning service in weekend😩🤦🏻‍♂️,and the cleaning in room was very poor no vaccum or washing the floors!

The air conditioning only allowing the lowest temp to 19 degrees

Room was really nice and so was the hotel, however the air conditioning only goes as low as 19 degrees which is very hard to sleep with. Also our light in the bathroom kept flickering

I didn't like the fact that the gym and spa were not open until 9 am. One of the main reasons I booked this place is that it has a pretty decent gym, so as an athlete, I can keep up with my training while visiting Budapest. I wasn't able to use the gym one single time because working hours are not convenient. The second thing I didn't like and expect from a place like this is that the Garage - basement elevator didn't work throughout our stay, and coming with a baby, that is a huge inconvenience.

Great central hotel with modern clean rooms with style and good bathrooms. Entrance hall beautiful and frontage a reminder of its historical heritage. Breakfast excellent choice of hot and cold and made to order omelettes. Staff particularly concierge services very helpful and friendly. Central location with easy walking to most places of interest. Recommend driver service to / from airport.

The breakfast was with plenty of choice, but not good at all, everything too cooked, too dry, not fresh, we left after few minutes and went to buy a breakfast outside. We upgraded the room the suite with city view, very disappointing - only partial view for a small street, not worth the 70 euros extra

It would help if the room service or the bar/cafe above the reception offered more choice for a quick bite or for late dinner. Also, snacks on the mini bar were upon request through the room service and not available in the fridge. In our room the showe was a bit small and for tall male the shower focet a bit low.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was spot on with many choices and staff was always there to clean tables and make room.

There are some demolitions going on at the moment opposite side of the road.

The hotel is in central popular location near pubs, shops, and night life. The hotel has an outdoor pool and terrace as well as an indoor pool with sauna. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They made my daughter’s birthday memorable with a complimentary bottle of fizz and chocolate.

Front-house had a few staff with little to no English, always saying to us to ask for the guest relations to come to clarify us, wasn't an issue for us, but we probably expected more. Other than that, we have nothing bad to complain about.

The hotel lobby was outstanding, high ceiling and gorgeous areas. Staff was really helpful and friendly, even though we had a few struggles as their English was not the best. Interior pool, sauna included in the room rate, everything really cleaned, spot-on. We loved it.

We had a view to the back of the building. There was a crane doing work to one side. This was no fault of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was lovely. Breakfast was fine.
