No kettle / tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which I I found odd. We asked at reception and they did provide us a kettle, but we had to use our own supplies to make hot drinks. Vast majority of signs in Hungarian, which wasn't necessarily an issue for us as my wife is Hungarian. However, anyone else would struggle to understand the signage and information around the hotel. Only minor things these I know, didn't detract from a fabulous stay, but letting others know just in case

Excellent rooms, spacious and really clean. Breakfast was brilliant. Great selection We ate in the evening too. Truly stunning food. Cooked to perfection and lots to choose from. Something for all palates. Spa was great, really tranquil and relaxing. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and whilst we stayed in February we will come back again in the warmer months to enjoy fuller all the facilities this hotel has to offer. Had a lovely evening walk around the grounds though. Really well designed and nice to take a gentle stroll

Amazing accommodation where you have everything you can think of. Great staff both at reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and clean, amazing surroundings. In restaurant cooks great. I am really glad to have found such a great place to relax in Debrecen.

I liked everything. The hotel is actually a complex where you have a lot of activities, it's great for families and children. The food was very good and the waiter was lovely. I highly recommend it! Will definitely come again!

In the evening someone entered my room, most likely the have messed up the hotel room card or I do not know. After the breakfast I could not enter with my own room card so I reckon there must have been some issues, after talking to the receptionist in the morning it seemed she did not really care about the whole story. But understandably to me it really was a bad experience. In the room we were not able to charge anything in the sockets. Power was on, hotel room card in its place, all the lights working, but still no power to recharge any of our devices in any of the sockets. We both had a look at all of the options in both of our rooms. Really- really weird after all.

Location very nice, hotel is nice literally inside and outside really. All in all I think it is really a great value for money.

Welness facility way too small when no possibility to go outside. The restaurant cannot be reached directly from the reception hall, you need to go out and take some staires (there is an alternative route with elevator). I'ts no problem if you're not taking a baby carriage with you.

Overall satisfied, the room had balcony, it was spacious, in general a pleasent feelig. Lots of space to walk outside, the park is beautifully managed. The spa was way too crouded becouse of cold weather.

Excellent place in the forest, they accepted two large dogs despite they had no idea what a Great Dane looks like. They were fair and nice. The hungarian dishes at the restaurant were also exceptional.

All the staff working at the hotel (except for the reception) were completely unprofessional and unfriendly I asked for a vegan breakfast which was confirmed at the time of booking, but when I got there they said they did not have amy vegan food for breakfast and were obviously not prepared for my request... The temperature of the water in the shower was far from hot, in fact it was almost cold, I was freezing... Breakfast was not enjoyable, they had the radio playing all morning and there was not one single waiter or kitchen staff to help the guests... Staff at the wellness area were super unfriendly and unprofessional. They did not seem like they wanted to help me at all... Room service guy had a backpack on and was 2 minutes late when he arrived, plus he seemed like he had no idea about what room service is...

We was extra charged 35 Eur for one 7 years old child who actually slept in our bed. According to hotel policies written on Booking should be charged 25 Eur for an extra bed / child of this age. No sound proof, we had much noise from the neighbours.

Clean, comfortable. Secured parking. Very good breakfast.
