We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicMobile home.was not clean, No cups.for coffe. Very difficult to speak with personell and lack of information on arrival e.g. how to go to wellness, how to use lockers etc. Whole system of payments or possibilities to book cost to the room number is very unclear. But in the otherhand, once we found out how whole system works possitive were greater then negatives.
Nice complex, all in one building. Great for kids.

HungaryThe restaurants was heavily understaffed, so tables were laid only for the first turn of guests; late guests had to prepare their own tables on a 'help yourself' basis. Diner buffet ran out of hot courses quickly; but to be fair, very good soups and cold meals were available as alternatives.
Being a returning guest, the holel was as good as usual. Pleasant, and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast (except the coffee) with a wide selection of local foods. Excellent cleanliness (as usual).

Czech RepublicOne of the rooms was just at the edge of the building near the main ventilation, so it was little bit noisy there especially during the night.
The locality is very nice, nearby volcano is ideal for morning runs, Balaton for half-day trip. Regarding food, it was tasty, covering also vegeterian / vegan / glutein-free option. Tha spa itself were very nice, including variety of thermal pools, sauna world, proper swimming pool (25m / 8 lines), tobogans for children, yet not crowded as the bigger ones in the surroundings.

HungaryThe kids playroom was simple but we found broken and worn toys. The room's toilet and the room's cleaning were questionable. The spa is simple as it is and open to the public and the hot water's pool was too small compare to its interest. Some of the tea's (camomile) warranty - I think - has expired based on the expired taste. I know, its in Hungary but some extra checks by the supervisor staff and little bit more cleaning might improve the overall experience. For example the 'bouncy castle' in the hotel's garden was really dirty on the day we've found it.
The Hotel (the building) is nice and modern. The dinner and the breakfast were good (it depends on the taste), so the serving and the hall was ok. The staff was nice and helpful. There're lots of possibilities to enjoy the staying - unfortunately the spa closes at 7 p.m. The spa accessible through the public dressing room (and toilet) is a bit weird experience. Luckily the place is very close to lots of attractives and towns and places nearby (most of them accessible by car). For example the Volcanic Museum (at hill Sag) is pretty close to the hotel (even walk or bike) and its worth to check.
