Well, in the rooms description on booking it was said we'll have a fridge, but we didn't and the staff said that there wasn't supposed to be one and it's a mistake... Then we also wanted a remote for the AC and the staff said there isn't one. These were hot days in Budapest :( There were also just 2 hangers in the room, staff refused to give us any more. Also no shampoo in the room, bring your own, there's a dm not far away

We had a double room. The location was great there's a private toilets\shower and enough space for 2 people. It's 10 minutes walk from the center, they have an elevator which really helps, there is a paid breakfast, but we didn't take it. They take 50 euros deposit when checking in, do not forget to take it back just as you leave. Overall it was pretty good

The check-in was painfully long and the staff wasn’t friendly! If I didn’t ask for the towels at the reception which normally were included they wouldn’t be provided in the room!

i suggest to change the curtains in the room because in the morning the light goes directly in the eyes also with the curtains closed. Cleaning service in the morning talk at loud voice starting from 9.30

Was very close to the downtown and in just 15 min walk you can reach all the spots in Pest. is also well connected with metro lines and in the middle of movida with ruins bar at 50m. Additional point a fantastic bakery in 10 m

The room was a little dirty. Had housekeeping given the same effort reception did, it would have been perfect.

The location was great and the girl( sorry I can’t remember her name) was amazing. One of most genuine and friendly people I’ve met. She went out of her way to help us with our needs.

Because of the dirty rooms

Location is great. It is near the famous parts of the city. There is also 10 min walk metro station. The hostel has a good price/value. The rooms were not cleaned at all. We had to change rooms because the sheets had nails and hairs on them. The staff was very friendly and helpful 👍🏻

Internet barely works in the rooms. They have a common room in the first floor but its not possible to use it. So its not common at all.

Some front desk staff members were a bit rude 6 bed female room doesn't have any clothes handlers, a chair, nothing. The room heater didn't work and they didn't turn on the ac to help heat the room.

No kitchen (no refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, plates, cutlery) due to a pipe burst so I had to buy salads and sandwiches instead of preparing food. The dormitory room was very dark and there was no individual lighting for each bed and no privacy curtains.

Location is excellent and they have their own bar. They also supplied everyone with their own lock for the locker in the room. There is also a bathroom in the lobby. The 20-bed dormitory had a separate toilet and shower rooms.
