Bathrooms very smelly, made me gag every time I bent down. Very hot balcony with noisy aircon. No table with chairs on the balcony. Staff seemed not trained, stressed, and either over friendly or disinterested. There is a newer section that might be nicer, but everything seemed a bit dodgy.

Thé location is good. Great spa inside the property that had decent prices. Water cooler with spring water for refills on each level.

The floor feels oily, we have to wear slipper in the room. The aircond is at the end of the room so we’re cannot feel the aircond when we’re at the bed

It’s a little old and tired, you get what you pay for. Staff not as friendly and welcoming as at other places. The pillows were awful, lumpy and hard.

A good location if you like the south end of Sanur.

Generally, everything was OK.

The room was a good size and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. The sea front and beaches were about a 10 minute walk. Also, some nice restaurants are on the sea front. Good value for the price paid.

Location was a little too crowded for my taste, and the beaches were not so nice.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was big and clean, and you could get drinking water from the hall. While the hotel was located near a very busy road, you can hardly notice that because you are at a courtyard.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great massage. Room cleaned everyday. The breakfast served each morning was great! Actual, real breakfast food! Some places put out bread and a toaster. Not here! Last year, with an early flight, I was here looking for a cup of coffee at 6:00 am, 30 minutes before they officially serve breakfast. A man asked me if I wanted breakfast before my flight and, quickly, my breakfast appeared. That man was the owner and service trickles down from him. Special help, support and friendly interaction this time from Pingkan, Putri, and Indri! I recommend it!

The bathroom drains were a bit smelly.

There were some initial issues with air con and TV not working but we ended up in a better room so that was resolved. There is everything you need here for a great price. This is not 5 star but for $50 a night you get a clean comfortable room , a free cooked breakfast, cheap spa facilities and a nice pool. All centrally located with shops, mini marts, money changers etc at the front door. Shout out to Lisa who was friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms could do with an update but didn't impact our stay. Wifi was hit and miss. Not being able to charge drinks back to your room especially when at the pool

Abian Harmony was fabulous. Very close to restaurants, money changer at front as well as a Circle K. Staff are so friendly. Putri in particular was outstanding. Her customer service and willingness to help was absolutely amazing. Susi in the spa gave the most brilliant massages. We loved the water stations everywhere that provided free cold water. Breakfast was brilliant for the price. Pool was large and lovely and cool. Would definitely stay again. From the "Golden Girls"

The maintenance of things around the property !! I suggest to the manager to take good care of this issue !

The friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere especially the excellent front desk personnel like Mrs Citra Dewi and all the other colleagues :)) Also the flowers and plants are giving beautiful results and good vibes :) Very good massage ladies :))
