Facilities are a little past their prime. Towels were quite grey and old looking. Adequate for a brief stopover before a flight.

Good pool and great location near many shops and restaurants. A close walk to the beach. Attentive staff and nice massages.

a bit tired but to be expected. It was fine

lovely friendly atmosphere, basic but huge hotel room and certainly fit for purpose. Balcony was big! Loose tap in one basin but there were two so all good! AC worked well and beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was fine with nice fruit and Bali coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool. Stayed as a stopover between airport and boat from Sanur. perfect 👍🏻 as always, beautiful and friendly staff.

Bar fridge had to switch off due to noise it made. Also there are a lot of aircon units which can disturb your sleep if like me you are a light sleeper. So earplugs !!

Standards where high staff were excellent.They helped us with all our requests. Organised taxi and even let us store our luggage when we travelled of to lombok for a week.Great to have a pool and the pool bar was a bonus.

The coffee (but we are fussy about coffee...). The overall building a little tired - we do note renovations and are conscious Covid has had a big impact over the past few years. Pool chemicals were so strong!

The staff were superb, from Customer Relations to Cleaners, Reception and IT - they really made us so welcome and were helpful at every turn. Room was good value and the pool generally a great facility.

Needs a update.

Great location, close to beach, local restaurants & shops. Our room was spacious & clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful especially Arsa in reception & sales. If you needed anything at all they were all so happy to help. The cooked breakfast had multiple choices to choose from with additional fresh fruits, toast, Indonesian snacks, choice of coffee & it was so lovely to see such smiley happy breakfast staff especially Windari & Lestari.

There was nothing we didn't like. It is a little rough round the edges and wouldn't be everyone's cuppa tea but for the money, bang on 👍

Location, location, location. Close to beach, local Warungs, bars restaurants etc. Every one of the staff were friendly and helpful and professional 👏👏 Breakfast was good, pool good, poolside meals excellent, so good we booked again and go back in 3 weeks.

The bed was a bit lumpy and the shower was within a very large bath. This would be really difficult for people with any mobility issues. Would have loved the bar to be open a little later (for pool side drinks!).

Smooth easy check-in. Lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Each day we were offered complimentary treats- totally unexpected, and very appreciated. On Day 1 we got a basket of fruit and other goodies, on another day we were given free laundry service and while we relaxed by the pool offered free ice creams! The hotel is in a great location at the southern end of Danau Tamblingan, close to bars and restaurants.
