Door locks, they were very secure but were misused by occupants slamming doors to close from the outside. It was enough to shake the walls. A sign to ask that the key be used to lock from outside may be helpful. My only complaint :-)

Fantastic breakfast that I could not avail of everyday due to commitments. The massage girls knew their stuff, infact everyone did they were helpful and pleasant in every area. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean when made up

Old rooms (if you don’t take the extra one), not really clean, for that money not the best option. Would not go again. Second massage I had they forgot me and I had 1h and 10 minutes instead of 1,5h… I was saying on reception to the guy but anyway I had to pay 1,5h. Also, I believe I had bedbugs in my room, I came to lady in the reception with many bites around my body and it stopped when I moved out from the room. The positive side of it, they gave me another room almost instantly and sent my clothes to wash. But, I found out later, 2-3 white pieces were destroyed with some brown marks. Anyway they tried to help, so it’s not the best not the worst, many other places they would just say no, its not true. Not comfortable pillows in the “old side” of the hotel.

Service, staff was mostly kind, breakfast good you can choose from many options. Also, if there is a problem they try to solve it as soon as possible. Pool was really great. Also, it is a spa hotel so you have many massage options “in the house”. Nice balcony

The hotel was situated a short walk to Sanur beach, amongst lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The pool was great to escape the heat and the kids loved playing after a day out exploring. The bathroom was quite outdated in our family room, but the room itself was super spacious.

Staff are phenomenal! Friendly, courteous & a delight to deal with. Anything we asked, they either knew or followed up on. Foot massage was the best I had during my time in Bali. Convenient location & close to beach.

The “spa” is not very nice or clean. It had a smell of mildew in the room. It looks like 2-3 hotel rooms were converted to be a spa. The ambiance is not very nice.

Breakfast was pretty good, staff, friendly, the room was comfortable, but a little small with two beds. The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Bathrooms very smelly, made me gag every time I bent down. Very hot balcony with noisy aircon. No table with chairs on the balcony. Staff seemed not trained, stressed, and either over friendly or disinterested. There is a newer section that might be nicer, but everything seemed a bit dodgy.

Thé location is good. Great spa inside the property that had decent prices. Water cooler with spring water for refills on each level.

It’s a little old and tired, you get what you pay for. Staff not as friendly and welcoming as at other places. The pillows were awful, lumpy and hard.

Location was a little too crowded for my taste, and the beaches were not so nice.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was big and clean, and you could get drinking water from the hall. While the hotel was located near a very busy road, you can hardly notice that because you are at a courtyard.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great massage. Room cleaned everyday. The breakfast served each morning was great! Actual, real breakfast food! Some places put out bread and a toaster. Not here! Last year, with an early flight, I was here looking for a cup of coffee at 6:00 am, 30 minutes before they officially serve breakfast. A man asked me if I wanted breakfast before my flight and, quickly, my breakfast appeared. That man was the owner and service trickles down from him. Special help, support and friendly interaction this time from Pingkan, Putri, and Indri! I recommend it!
