Liked everything as it was our second time staying at Amnaya. Very Happy with our stay.😃

The breakfast options on the menu were fantastic. Many good healthy options. The room with balcony was very nice and big. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Air-conditioning was working perfect. Great to relax in a luxurious room after day in the sun and beach. Pool was great for doing laps. Large pool was very nice and we could always find loungers. Location very good and short walk to main street and beach across main street. Many restaurants within easy walking distance 5-10 minutes.

We had an adjoining room door in our room which unfortunately meant that we could hear more than we wanted to from our neighbours.

Clean, great quality, modern, resort with friendly staff that do so much to help you - and genuinely say hello and good morning, rather than just saying hi. Special mention for our room attendant Odi, who always cleaned our room to perfection and never missed replacing our consumables - like soap, cotton buds, and coffee etc. I also like the fact that when they ask you for any feedback a few minor things that I mentioned to them, such as larger quantities of butter for the toast at breakfast, and an additional knife, were acted on immediately. The next morning everyone was being served larger portions of butter and tables were laid with an additional knife. Only small things, but they really want to make any improvements that they can.

The only aspect of our stay that didn't quite meet our expectations was the rooms. While they were comfortable and provided everything we needed, they lacked some things: Having the bathroom within the room itself made it somewhat uncomfortable, almost like living in the toilet. It would have been preferable to provide a bit more privacy (than just a curtain). Additionally, the curtains in the room were not effective at blocking out the sunlight in the mornings. As a result, we found ourselves being woken up by the bright sunlight as early as 6 am, which was less than ideal, especially with a young baby. Another issue we encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear noises from the hallway and other guests, including staff members, which sometimes disrupted our sleep and made it challenging to fully relax. However, the fantastic balconies with cozy nooks more than made up for it, and we found ourselves spending our evenings there.

My husband, 1-year-old baby, and I spent a month in Bali, and our first stay was at Amnaya Hotel - it exceeded all expectations. Eventhough, it was our cheapest hotel, it turned out to be the best decision we made! The atmosphere at Amnaya Hotel was simply enchanting. The beautiful pool area provided a serene escape, and what made it even better was that it was never overcrowded, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together as a family. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. The menu offered a variety of options, and each dish we tried was absolutely delicious. We've stayed in upscale hotels after that, but the food at Amnaya Hotel surpassed our expectations with its exceptional quality and focus on healthy options. The hotel has one of the best Spa in Bali. (My Bali spa experiences are quite low level.) The staff were one of the best people in whole Bali! While the hotel's location wasn't right by the beach, it was conveniently situated in the center of Kuta. With easily accessible taxis, we found ourselves just a short ride away from the beach, as well as great restaurants and attractions like the mall and beachwalk.

The rooms are large and well equipped but a bit dark inside. Hard very high pillows but that’s a tiny detail.

Nothing at all

The whole resort was a delight. Rooms were stylish, excellent breakfast and the service was unmatchable. Facilities were well kept and the whole resort was tastefully put together. A few mins walk to Discovery Mall, Kuta beach, supermarts, restaurants, massage parlours and other facilities. The in-house restaurant was a blast, serving better food than many restaurants out there. Special mention of service staff Ratna and Kariati - these people made my stay exceptional that I extended a few more days. Will return next time to Amnaya if I stay in kuta again.

During our stay, we genuinely couldn't find anything to dislike. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the facilities to the service and location.

Our stay in Kuta, Bali, was excellent. The hotel perfectly blends traditional Indonesian style with modern facilities, making it both beautiful and comfortable. The staff were outstanding, very welcoming, polite, and always ready to help, making our stay special. They even provided complimentary meals for our toddler on the breakfast every day, which was a lovely touch.The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options that were both tasty and satisfying. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, adding to the enjoyment of our stay.The location of the hotel is ideal, close to shopping malls, traditional Indonesian market, and variaty of bars and restaurants offering a perfect mix of modern and local experiences. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuta.

I like every single thing in Amnaya Resort Kuta! Starting from late check in, courtesy of the place finishing by they took care of me when I fall sick and they drove me to the hospital free of charge and driver insisted to stay with me until I’ll be better. The restaurant has splendid food and highly trained staff, the swimming pool is so clean and refreshing, the rooms are big and clean and the bed is comfortable and they thought of every single detail in the room for your comfortable staying. They have everyday activities after breakfast in the restaurant and evenings are delighted with a life music, as well, they showcasing folklore performance at Amnaya instrument in the lobby every afternoon. I like my experience with them and will definitely come back!

Not the best scenery out the windows, but the hotel grounds are lovely and the location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and other restaurants. No currency exchange at the hotel, but there are several exchange locations nearby. These are minor issues and should not dissuade you from staying here.

Large clean rooms, on-site spa and restaurant, plus very professional and friendly staff. Special thanks to Eka and Dian in the restaurant, Ratna with customer relations, and our housekeepers Puspa, Topan, and Okta. The bed was also super comfortable!

Although the location is very near the mall, the airport, and restos. We just felt unsafe walking around its entrance as the road is very narrow and has a lot of corners and it needs more street lights.

We loved the breakfast!! There's a lot of space in the room. It's just me and my sister but we feel that 4 adults can fit in the room and there would still be enough space to walk around the room. The location is very near the airport. The bed is 5-star! I have to highlight that the staff are very accommodating and they are fluent in English. We couldn't have our breakfast due to our early flight so they packed us a light breakfast to bring upon checkout. I would rate 11 if I could for the service. They have attended to all our needs 100% efficiently. They are also very easy to reach via Whatsapp and Landline. The welcome drink was very refreshing that we ended up ordering it daily at the resto and even looked for its powdered product that we could bring home. The free activities are amazing and the live band during dinner is very entertaining.
