Great location and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - from reception to housekeeping, restaurant and spa. A really pleasant stay and felt great the whole time. Would definitely recommend!! A special mention to Puspa and Taufan - great housekeeping, All staff at Bhava Spa - who provided a wonderful spa service, Kariati, Purnama and Dee at reception, and our Driver Ngurah.

Nothing in particular. The Wifi was good and fast. However, for some reason I find hard to understand, it appeared to be unsecured as no password was required to access it.

Located in a quiet area within a few minutes’ walking distance from Kuta’s Discovery Mall and Kuta Beach, the Amnaya Resort is very centrally placed. My wife and I had booked a Deluxe Double room. The rooms are very large, comfortable and well lit. The bathrooms are very comfortable as well. Ours had separate sections for the shower and the toilet, with a large washbasin in the middle. Amenities are provided, including a very good pair of rubber slippers which was great for daily use in-room. The room came with a spacious balcony, with 2 chairs and a coffee table plus a lounging area with mattress and pillow covers. Very comfortable for taking in the fresh air and having a cup of tea or coffee anytime of the day. Our room was outward facing and provided us with beautiful views of the sunrise, when it wasn’t too cloudy. The room also has a desk with chair, tea & coffee facilities and a television. But I found it so much more pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ambience, especially on the days we had no day trips planned. The entire ambience especially in the lobby and restaurant below, feels open and spacious because it was literally just that – open and very spacious. But it was the service that we found to be excellent. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and during that time we had an issue with the telephone and the toilet pot, both of which were resolved very quickly. The staff at the lobby were very polite and willing to support. We dealt a lot with Bella over key card, taxi bookings, late check out and found her service and support impeccable. We also had daily breakfast at their in-house restaurant Sukun, located at Ground level, adjacent to the pool. The ambience was very pleasing and also calming and the serving staff excellent. Although we spent a lot of time eating at the hotel, there are plenty of good restaurants on the main street just a short walk from the hotel, catering to Indonesian, Western and even Indian cuisine.

The Junior Suite was great however, the shower leaked - when the door was shut, after your shower - water on the door would leak onto floor over to the bedroom side. The curtain that separated the bathroom from the bedroom / rest of the suite, was a little odd. There was no Netflix available on the tv which was a bummer. Only free to air tv was available. There was no minibar just a mini fridge which was on the warmer side. Also, one room key per couple/booking wasnt helpful. So if you wanted to leave the room, you couldnt leave the a/c running to keep the room cool. If you wanted a second room key, you had to pay extra. The pool also closed at 7pm so a night swim wasnt even an option which other hotels offer. Wifi was quite slow and it was an unsecured network which took ages to load a page or not at all. There was a day bed in the suite which had crayon and lots of dirty marks on it. We told reception about it so that they were aware but they only had one cover for it so couldnt change it but we just didnt want to be held responsible for the state of the day beds cleanliness. They were fogging the fish pond and plants next to the restaurant while we were dining at the restaurant and you could smell the fumes. They need more fans in the restaurant area for a comfortable meal but difficult to do given the layout of the restaurant. If you didnt sit at a table with a fan directly above it, you could feel the humidity or get bitten quite easily from the mosquitoes. Make sure to wear insect repellent in the late afternoon through to the evenings if dining at the restaurant. If ordering steak and prefer medium rare - make sure you order it for one higher (eg medium for medium rear / well done for medium etc).

Amnaya was great value for money in terms of location, room size (we opted for a last minute room upgrade), food and speed of staff servicr. The staff, in particular Diah (restaurant and room service) was helpful, friendly and always smiling. All staff were welcoming and helpful and again, always smiling! The bathtub was perfect as was the pool amenities and the restaurant - fantastic value for money. They also accommodated me with my food allergies and the menu. The breakfast was fantastic - never had so much food for breakfast and so many options plus the complimentary appetisers for each meal were a pleasant surprise. The hanging vines in the pool and reception area were beautiful. Great to have live music for dinner sitting but they need to lower the volume a little as it makes for difficult hearing when having a dinner conversation.

I can't find missing detail

Best is impossible Outstanding service from the reception to the restaurant. All the staff are very kind and super efficient like I've never seen before. Due to an early check-out (before breakfast opening time);they prepared 2 boxs for take away with a full breakfast ready at 5:30am 🙂 The bedroom was quite spacious and modern and fully equipped. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work. For sure the best service among 3 weeks in Bali. I will never forget how great you have been🙏

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean hotel! Breakfast, lunch at the pool and dinner in the restaurant was very good, perfect if you don't wanna go out of the hotel for a day. They had a lot of activities that seemed fun, but unfortunately had no time to participate.

A bit disappointing breakfast, although it is al a carte, but the taste is so so. I would expect it to have more quality as in Bali there is plenty of great food.

Spacious room with amazing green garden in balcony, very good linen and clean. Lovely pool area. Could not get a spot in the spa, all booked in advance. Staff is helpful. Overall a very nice hotel, stayed for the second time and would come for third.
