the loud rap music with heaps of swearing and cussing in the words infront of guests and children, need nicer music.

would be good to know the ingredients of the food, as i have foods I can not eat and had to keep asking

Confusion over pool towels - given 8 in the villa and told can only use 4! No gym on site which is a shame

Just some maintenance. And some guests were reserving lounges while going out shopping & lunch unfair. We could see renovations were being done as the bathrooms were dated. Driveway was a bit slim

Shower didn't drain too well and needed a shower curtain but that's being picky

Great hidden gem. Just a short walk to the beach front. Plenty of food, drink and shops in the immediate vicinity. Nice big pool and lounges/cabanas with a swim up bar, perfect to read beside. Super comfy bed and nice chaise on the balcony. The cleaner, Coco, did a great job. Beautiful green grounds, is so central yet feels secluded. Great value for money. Breakfast buffet had great variety.

Staff were welcoming, friendly. Location close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very high standard of cleanliness and the gardens immaculate! Pool is a good size with a pool bar. Meals delicious and breakfast options were plentiful.

The pool’s bar is closed too early , it’s annoying go to restaurant in front for get some beers after the pool’s bar is closed

The air conditioning was noisy in our room and needs to stay set at 18 to cool the room well.

I absolutely love this place. The breakfast is truly outstanding. The pool day beds are so great. The decor is stunning and staff wonderful.

The music at the pool. There was no variety of different styles just the same synthetic techno type of music. It got a bit much when you wanted to just sit on your balcony and relax. I avoided the pool until the swim up bar/music shut down. Was beautiful to swim in after that! Beach was further away than I thought and definitely would grab a scooter to get there if you wish to go often.

The staff were so friendly and always happy and helpful. It was so nice to be greeted with a smile by them all every day!! Thankyou The buffet breakfast fantastic!!

We had an issue with the safe on 2 occasions :the first time re setting the combination worked, and the second time it could not be fixed. Luckily it was the day before we were leaving so it didn't inconvenience us too much.

as we didn't arrive until nearly 1.30 am, I was pleasantly surprised by how organised the Reception staff were; the welcome drink was very well received and the online checkin certainly speeded things up. Breakfast was varied, and plentiful and the staff were very attentive. Our room attendant was Dewa Surya: his care and concern for us was outstanding; the room was always clean, and tidy and if we needed anything, he always tried to get it for us.

Room is not the cleanest and needs some renovations. There's not many choices for TV channels.

Staff were very friendly. Free breakfast and afternoon tea daily is great. Nice and big pool area. Central area which it's easy to walk to everything.
