Until today (Sep 30th 2023) no refund has been completed and I only get promises that the refund will be transferred the following week. The back office team is nothing but a lier. The front desk manager Fachry Aulia is also useless manager.

PhilippinesWe requested for early check-in because we left Jakarta very early in anticipation of traffic. We arrived at around 10. We were not allowed to check-in until 2pm. We waited patiently because that's hotel SOP. When we were finally allowed to go up to our room, our stuff were not brought up until we had to call front desk about an hour later. We had a toddler and we stayed for 4 days so we had quite a lot of things which we could not carry up on our own. Would have expected the front desk to have our stuff brought up as soon as they checked us in, considering how long we waited.
The room was clean, pillows smell good unlike other hotels with sweat-smelling pillows and discolored sheets. Housekeeping was excellent. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive and even offered to bring us coffee or other stuff even when breakfast was a buffet. Not a lot of choices for food, though. The surrounding area is conducive for walking and relaxing espeially when you have small kids.

Indonesiaconsumption policy is very bizarre. daily order via room number is normal but disturb for payment at 21:00 at the front of room is not acceptable, even do not disturb sign was on the door. hotel management can get payment during the check out or there is another way for geting deposit when check-in process. therefore this hotel need more staff improvement with management philoshopy..
kitchen was really good, especially for breakfast. very limited for sea swimming but it is okay. one day or weekend stay is enough and good..
