The only problem was that the food was slow to come to the table when we had dinner at the main restaurant, although the staff were very apologetic.

Beautiful setting and pools area, with a mini-zoo and attractions for children. Indoor palm trees provided a nice setting for the restaurant and breakfast area. Rooms were large and comfortable and the toilet and shower fully functional, with lots of hot water. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The staff were terrific. Special thanks to Hilda who greeted us with a big smile at every meal. Also to Alan who kept our room spotless. But all staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful. I enjoyed the gym each morning, the pools were clean and well maintained. The family friendly atmosphere was excellent. I liked the wide variety of food and the dining area in the atrium made for a good atmosphere and focus of attention.

They have a big swimming pool, a small bird zoo, a very good gym room with nice grass outside to do a yoga. Nice breakfast with quite a variety. The room is quite big too.

All good, it was a great stay.

The location just outside Cirebon is good. We had a view looking out to the volcano and overlooking the 4 swimming pools. There was so many things to for children to do which was great, and all the staff were very friendly. The room service and breakfast was very good

The staff is helpful and very kind. When I was early check-up before breakfast, they even asked if they could make a breakfast box to take away. It was 3 AM in the morning, and they prepared everything for us. Amazing.

The culture of hospitality was excellent. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, professional and thoughtful. I especially have to mention Devi and Deli at reception who went out of their way to fix problems and make sure everything was Ok. Also Dian for following up on internet problems so quickly. My thanks to you all for making my stay in your hotel so memorable. The breakfast buffet was super good. I might recommend that instead of 4 ultra sweet breakfast cereals you might add just instand oats. It is far healthier and very cheap. The hotel grounds had everything. Well maintained swimming pools, horse rides for kids and archery. The atmosphere at night was lovely and again, it was the staff that made it so. I used the gym every day and it had everything one might need. I have stayed in many good hotels around the world but the culture of hospitality in this hotel was something special. We look forward to returning in March.

I can not think of anything I did not like.

The staff were superb! Well trained, friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean, it was spacious and had all facilities. It was also kid friendly and overall I appreciated the welcoming attitude of everyone.

It's a shame they got rid of the mini golf course, only 1 small putting green now. Service in the restaurant was slow sometimes. Breakfast does not have great western options and croissants too dry.

Very clean and comfy room, great shower, some good facilities for kids (although some of it costs extra).
