Even though we inly had a short stay - the staff were amazing

Slow response from the hotel when requesting airport pick up. Had to send two messages via booking.com and follow up with WhatsApp message to get confirmation. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom and the shower water pressure was very low.

Hotel is close to the airport and convenient for short stay at a budget price. Hotel arranged pick up from the airport at reasonable cost. Large room with comfortable bed, TV, & free WiFi. Tea, coffee and drinking water also provided. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was Indonesian style but was tiring due to the other local guests gawking at the "foreigners". Hotel layout is kind of weird, mainly to accommodate the rooms over looking the pool but it took a while to get used to and I needed to meet any guests to lead them through.

Booked room has no natural light so staff moved me to a poolside room without fuss. Even though on a major thoroughfare, the hotel was set back a fair way so noise was not an issue. Lots of cheap eateries nearby and the upmarket Pepito supermarket was only a few hundred meters away. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower.

There was smoking everywhere even in the eating area. I got incredibly ill will Bali belly and I had only eaten from the restaurant.

One of the rooms we stayed in had 2 doors and one was broken and sealed closed. The only access was through an all glass door that lead to the pool area; it did not feel safe. If there were a fire or any other emergency in the pool area we would have been trapped; the door needs to be fixed. The rooms were off the pool and the pool area was loud all night. The breakfast was cold horrible; not clean looking and bugs were flying all over the food. There was little to no food and it was only 8:00am when we ate. The best thing about breakfast for my youngest child could order hot eats.

Great Location. Staff slways friendly. Love all the local food vendors and warungs nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Lovely room 105 by the pool. Good undercover to park your scooter.

We booked a room to freshen up for our flight home as we had just traveled back from Nusa Lembongan. The pool is being! You feel like your a world away and then you walk out the front and bang! in the thick of it all!

The rooms were dirty and dusty, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, the towels were stained. It's a pity because the location in general seems beautiful.

I stayed in room #515, level 5, so it is far from the wifi transmitter. The only working wifi is in the resto and gym. Other rooms or level were busted connection too. If you rely on wifi, try other hotel. But if u have a data plan, no worry, stay here.

Many food stalls right in front of the hotel. Dont be worry about ur tummy (halal or nonhalal foods). Everything is okay except the wifi.

The noise of the mosque or similar is loud. We were at the rear of the hotel so it would be worse at the front.

After reading reviews we had low expectations, so very pleasantly surprised. We had a comfortable clean room, hot water, and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar. It is a 20 minute walk to a nice beach, with plenty of shops and markets along the way. It's not far form the airport.
