Shower pressure could be better, as well as cleanliness. The internet was pretty patchy.

It was good value for money, loved the terrace we had. The staff was helpful and loved that they also have laundry in front.

Make sure that you get room on upper garden,otherwise it will be very loud. AC seemed old, could not cool the room properly. Don't get breakfast there. Small portions and poor choice. A lot of nice restaurants down the street.

The location of this homestay is perfect, you are close to everything but also it’s in a quiet location. The room has everything and the hosts are nice. Plus the swimming pool is also very nice and the garden around.

Bathroom was a little basic, air-conditioner wasn't doing much. Lots of gaps in windows and doors for mosquitos to sneak in but all that is to be expected for the very reasonable price

The poor maintenance is an issue but the place also matches the price so I cannot complain really.

The place has a lot of great potential but for that to happen it really needs some maintenance:). That aside, its absolutely beautiful, great staff and superb location.

All the staff were really sweet, and helpful, bought me a flask of boiling water every morning. Location was easily walkable into main areas, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, bathroom funky and gardens/pool beautiful . Excellent value

I spent 6 days, and the room has not been cleaned even once. Rubbish bins full of rubbish. Staff always very tired and unhelpful. The manager lives in Australia and cannot sort the issues that the staff member told me. No internet for 2 days, all what needed to be done just to restart the modem.

The location was perfect, just off a vibrant street and close to cafes, restaurants etc but still quiet. The room was large, bed comfortable, AC worked great & there is a beautiful pond & lush garden in the middle. And all of the staff were outstanding, very welcoming, kind & helpful.

Location was great. Beautiful design and ambience. Upkeep better than most budget accom we have stayed in. Good air conditioning. Young Wayan was brilliant and gave great service, had good English as other staff & owner didn't have much.

The shower and bathroom overall could do with a big deep clean, felt slightly dirty. There was also a slight damp problem on the ceiling. The pool wasn’t very clean so I decided not to swim in it.

The toilet needs to be cemented to the floor. It's loose and moves around and there can be a bad smell. This is not enough to give it a negative rating. Towels are old. Rooms are close to the pool, it would be good idea to supply mosquito coils to each room or perhaps sell them. The pondok is located slightly uphill, so for those who do not enjoy an incline, please be aware.

Owner has taken great effort to create a comfortable space for guests on the family property. He has a youth working there who helps with bookings etc. He was most helpful in fumigating the room against mosquitoes. Owner himself speaks no english but is very willing to make your stay comfortable. He is somewhat self-effacing and seems to feel that his place is not good enough, the pool is not good enough etc. etc., so he tries really hard. I quite enjoyed spending time in the pool while he was pruning the pleasant garden. It's not the fanciest place but located very close to rice fields, walking street and Royal Palace somewhat downhill. I would not necessarily go there again only because I would like to experience a new part of Ubud.

The first day we just get some toast with jam. We read all the reviews about the amazing breakfasts. So we were disapointed. The next day we ask for banana pancakes and Wayan could make them for us. The bathroom needs a little touch. The paint is getting of the walls

The place was really nice. We had a big bed near the pool. The place is nearby the tourist area, but you cannot hear all the noises. The pool was clean. The welcoming with a cup of tea/coffee! Wayan was a lovely worker! 10 stars for him ☆

There are not a great parking for your bike.

Beautiful temple-like garden with couple of rooms here and there. Nice staff, good breakfast and a swimming pool. We wished that we could stay longer, it's so quite and sweet!
