There was nothing to not like about the property, everything was in good order and spacious.

The room was very spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a large soaking tub. The private pool of the villa was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The staff was very friendly, helpful, hospitable, and respectful.

Nothjng really, ever so slightly dates but nothing to stress about, I was lucky to stay in the villas when they were brand new so you can obviously see some wear and tear since then.

Nothing - everything was perfect and to a great standard. The people are so helpful and attentive.

The villas having a private pool is just perfect. As they are not a resort or hotel, there isn't a restaurant or bar but there is room service with a good range to choose from and it was delicious everytime. We only ate in if it was very late, otherwise there are a million restaurants to eat at in Seminyak.

Excellent facilities, great location. My partner celebrated her birthday whilst we stayed here, completely unprompted the staff came to the room and sung happy birthday and gave her a small cake. Amazing thoughtfulness.

I ordered room service several times and was told there were no drinks, a supermarket is across the road so the hotel could have gone and provided drinks this way at hotel prices. It was annoying as we had food and no drinks. Also the location was very busy over Christmas / NYs as it’s next door to potato head. It was very hectic and at times hard to get out of the driveway.

The size of the books is great, and the pool area is nice. Plus it’s quiet considering where it is. The staff are friendly and helpful.

5 minutes walk to Petitenget Beach. Good Restaurants in the area. Can order food direct in the villa too. Quiet Location. Perfect employes. Nice pool in your villa. 2 Minutrs walk to Potatoe Head Beach Club.

Beautiful small villa for my partner and I. Amazing house keeping and friendly people. The food was nice and i loved the pool. Its bigger than what it looks in the photos i thought and the private balcony upstairs is to die for! Location was great we met some amazing locals as well. 10/10 would come back again!! Thanks 😊

Breakfast options

What an absolutely beautiful villa! This turned out even better than the pictures - the room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful as well. The breakfast is decent, though could have had more options. Location is central and at walking distance from main areas. Right next to potato head which was great and we did not hear any loud noises as was shared in some reviews. They have a spa inside which was really good as well.

The villa is soo damn good...so big. The location of this property is simply amazing. The staff helped us in hiring bikes and getting it delivered to our Villa itself to go around. They thoroughly clean the villa daily and all the utensils as well. It was such an amazing stay that we are missing this property till today. Looking forward to booking our next stay in Seminyak here again.

Overall the place needs some renos/ maintenance.

Great location - central to everything so easy to walk around. Private pool and the villa itself was very big and spacious. Also, very private.
