Second time I’ve stayed here. Close to shopping. Has all the amenities. Staff are lovely & helpful.

The closeness to the other villas. Our neighbours had children screaming in the pool for hours one afternoon. Not as quiet and peaceful as we hoped.

The Villa was perfect for us. We loved the layout and spacious rooms. Happy to walk the 500 metres and be on the Main Street in Legian. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was very adequate.

The pool could have another step to get in and out of and there’s only Netflix and You Tube on the tv. No normal channels

The bathroom floor was very slippery due to the marble flooring. The road from the villa to the main street was very narrow and dangerous for both vehicles and pedestrian.

The check-in /check-out process was smooth and fast. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. They attended to us promptly whenever we call the front desk. The Hot/Cold water dispender in the villa was a geat addition as it save us the trouble to boil water for hot beverages. Breakfast was good even thought the selection was limited.

I feel there getting behind on the maintenance and there probably due for a makeover...it's just the little things like visible patches on walls..not matching paint..upkeep on painting and chips in the floor tiles ..led lights in kitchen hanging down..that sort of thing...a little bit more care and pride I would of given it 5 stars but they need some time and money spent to get them back up to luxury level considering the price to stay here..expected a little bit more but still enjoyed my stay

The walk to the main road

Kitchen should be better as some amenities were lacking or not working Drawers were rickety and some insects and cockroaches.

There was no tea and coffee when when arrived to make a drink had to wait till breakfast the next day.. the kitchen cupboards were very old and hard to use.. sadly had very loud family of kids next door at early morning and night

The only minor hiccup was having drunk guests from a very loud villa party next door knocking on our doors at 2:30am. We called down to security to get rid of them, which they did but just laughed it off as they had to much to drink....I got the impression it was the owners / staff villa as it wasn't listed.

Loved having the pool in the villa, after a hot long day to be able to get in and cool off. Also loved the floating breakfast details, just beautiful.

I think the property could do with a few touch ups. A coat of paint would be good. The surrounding gardens need a little work. The pool in the photos looks blue, however the tiles in the pool were a greenish colour which makes it less inviting. The other things I found unpleasant was the smell of the towels, they didn’t have a fresh clean smell. The sheets were a funny colour and didn’t feel fresh & crisp.

The pool could be cleaner, the aircon in the living room could be replaced. The cabinets in the kitchen doors could be tightened. Just a few improvements

Clean and comfortable Villa with a large clean pool. The staff were exceptional, and made us feel very welcomed. It is a very short walk up to the main street for supermarket, cafes, bars etc.

1. Awful smell coming from bath tub, we were able to correct this by running tap - dry pipes. 2. The lounge suite was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on in my life. The cushions kept falling off, had no arms and the shape of the cushions and the cushion as the backrest gave me a back ache. Ended up using the dining chairs to sit on. Needs to be discarded.

Perfect location - short walk to JL padma and restaurants. Close to garlic lane for shopping. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious.

Didn't like the pool step. Needed another step to get out of pool. If a rail at the end of pool would help. Also loud noises in the ceiling at 11pm. Terrible noise.

I think the villa is tired. Needs some attention. We liked the breakfast. The water dispenser was good. The bathroom tiles in the shower were very slippery. I'm 66 years old. Lucky my husband was there to catch me.
