The hotel facilities were great - the rooms were spacious and very neat, staff absolutely courteous and a great spa. The location of the pool was great overlooking the Benoa Bay. We as a family enjoyed playing pool by the bar. The location of the breakfast was very good. However, it would be great to include more vegetarian options. Overall, a great and an enjoyable stay.

We always love to come back to the Novotel Benoa. It is so friendly and peaceful. Just the right size. Close to restaurants and watersports. Thanks everyone for the great stay.

The pool on the family side was out for maintenance so we had to use the main one across the road- no big deal, as they had a traffic guard to help us cross the busy road.

Beds were super comfy and the kids room (family room) was well set up for our 3 kids. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

We loved the architecture of the hotel, beautiful, traditional Balinese style, with excellent, nice and very professional staff. Cuisine, starting from breakfast to dinner in the beach restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Noise from the road, reception staff could be abit more organised. Spa staff could be more friendly.

The room with garden had lots of mosquitos. Bathroom should have bidet for easy use. certain things like pipe and showers have to be replaced as i found a little rusty and old. the breakfast area was very hot even in the morning. They should have fans' or coolers.

I liked the room, breakfast and the swimming pool. The breakfast had many choices. The coffee was superb. they had 2 pools. and the pool view was awesome. Liked their staff as they were so friendly.

While the room and the rooms location within the grounds was nice. They squeezed 4 of us into a double room calling it an upgrade. The bed could not sleep 4 and they did not provide linen for the daybed which we assumed was meant to sleep one of the kids. We were only supplied with 2 towels. It was only for one night but it was not an appropriate room for 4

When i first checked into my room, my first impressions were a bit negative. The room was dated and needed some paint and someone just to wipe away the dead bugs on the surfaces. havign said that - the staff did support me and i was very happy there.

breakfast: Huge variety of foods all clearly labelled and food was beautifully presented with staff monitoring and supporting continually. Room: Although i felt it needed a little bit of paint and better lighting the room exceeded my expectations and it was a lovely sized room. beach: wonderful! having your own provate beach that you could walk along the sand or swim in the sea so easily.

The price more expensive and to make day bed it used to be free which now extra cost.

Good resort , great pool after reno done. Great service but the price is getting more expensive than last year and breakfast not included anymore.

Very hard beds, unfortunately our rooms had a strong smell of mold.
