Nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Horrible food, horrible management, 2 roosters next door keep you up all day and annoy you all night. Wind tunnel through hotel that whistles all day and all night. Two twin beds pushed together so you fall down the middle. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all, I left after one night. No refund or compensation for mess around.

Very accommodating and all staff extremely friendly. Hotel organised us a great pick up from the airport. Fun decor and very calm feeling about the place. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Will definitely stay there again if we need to overnight in Kuta before flying back home. 😁

The hotel infrastructure and room wasn’t new.

You have to ask for towels, toilet paper etc once run out.. they never supplied bit extra. I didn’t like the taste of breakfast and the quality of the food. Spa and massage setup needs improvement

I had really high hopes for this hotel but on settling in to my room at 1am Christmas Day it was a massive let down. The pillows looked very old and stained. The linen was basically see through it was that old. Towels had obvious stains. On pulling back the sheets there were tiny bugs in the bed and stains on the bottom sheet also. I slept on top of the bed and made a reservation at a new hotel the very next day. On top of that, the noise you could hear from the room was insane. The roosters were making noise from 3am and they let people splash around in the pool before 8am. Buffet breakfast very average and sliding balcony door didn’t seem safe and secure. Just a series of very unfortunate events to be honest, especially being non refundable and having to spend another $1000 on accommodation.

The hotel needs a big make over. The rooms have a strong mold smell which would trigger asthma. We had a horrible last night there when the kids on top of our room made a lot of noise, especially when running, and this is at 3 am. I had to call the receptionist to intervene. It is obvious that the building is not sound proof. The swimming area needs an update, as I did not feel safe walking on those boards. You can literally see screws sticking out. As for breakfast where the hotel claims to include in the deal, does not provide variety. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere daily.

The inky thing I liked about the hotel is the staff. They are very welcoming and helpful.

Room fridge took days to cool down. Were given double beds after requesting singles. Breakfast was average. Some of the pool decking needs repair. Next door roosters are annoying at all hours

The school next door and the kids starting at 6:30am with a loud speaker. The rooster going off at 1:30am EVERY DAY!! Got only a few hours sleep a night in this hotel, I was too tired to enjoy my holiday.

Staff - amazing. Pool looked great. Food was great. Facilities - great. Location - in principal, amazing.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful staff, gorgeous rooms and best bathroom, always issues with bathrooms in bali but this was A1. Walk everywhere easy. Will be my go to in bali forever more 💕

Staffs lack of english or ability to communicate Dirty benches in room never wiped over Cups dirty everyday Always running out of toilet paper Staff chase me down the street for money even though i had arranged to pay in the afternoon. Very embarrassing. Breakfast is average and the same everyday

A great place to stay in Bali. Very friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to welcome you with open heart. Everything about the hotel is excellent, clean, stylish and spacious. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. A good swimming pool for the kids to keep them occupied. Special thanks to the lovely team of Nyoman, April, Eka, Febri, Tika, Windu, Mita, Mahendra and the rest for making our stay so special and memorable.
