Each villa is private and great care is taken to create that privacy. The property itself is located close enough to where it’s busy but away enough that it’s perfect to walk.

Not very good lighting in the room and bathroom, mood lighting only. Would be impossible to do your makeup in the evening. Handy to have a handheld mirror to use at the window as even doing makeup during the day was hard! The shower pressure wasn’t great if you like the water hot, much better when the on the cooler side. The bathroom is completely open to the bedroom if that is an issue for couples/people sharing. I found using the padlock to lock and unlock the main entrance to the villa a bit annoying.

Beautiful villa and so central to Seminyak, but still so peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to many good bars and restaurants. Very spacious villa, generous sized pool, large bedroom and bathroom. Pool was a perfect temperature, comfy bed. Love that can you have a shower or lay in bed and look out onto the pool. Full sized fridge and water cooler is super handy. 24 hour front desk is great, makes you feel secure if you come back late at night. Very helpful and kind staff. Would definitely stay again.

The outdoor area only had umbrellas so you weren't able to be outside if it rained - the lounge was a tad small for two when taking this into consideration. The outdoor area could also have used a bit more colour.

We enjoyed the villa's central location being close to shopping, restaurants, bars, massages and not far from the beach but still surprisingly quiet and peaceful both day and night. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a private pool, a separate bedroom with a lovely ensuite bathroom.

Staff seemed anxious when we left, like they wanted us to remain until they had thoroughly checked the villa. Actually made us feel uncomfortable. Noting we went to bed at 8 pm staying only one night then off to the airport. no noise, we were exhausted from the boat journey from the islands, so I was unsure what the worry was about. I guess they have had bad experiences in the past? Otherwise, all went well

The lack of kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook. But there are plenty of eateries nearby. The traffic in street, chaotic & having to navigate lack of footpaths.

The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were in a villa down the back, so it was very quiet. Would highly recommend.

As the resort is grey (concrete walls, floors, pool, etc.) it would have been lovely to have colour, hanging garden's etc. to break it up, as the appearance is quite bland! Had to ask for pool towels & a drying rack. These were readily provided though once asked for. This is a crisitcsm of Seminayk (not the resort) - Seminyak is very dirty with litter & pollution everywhere!!

Having our own pool & living spaces to hang out in. Breakfast options were good. We loved the pet cat at the resort & the staff were great. The location was good, as it was quiet for sleeping.

Cold toast and that’s being very picky!

We loved it all, yes the breakfast was loads of options but plenty enough for us. Pool was lovely, rooms were cleans and we loved it there! Good location for main streets and restaurants.

There was very little pressure for the hot water and they made me pay once I checked in instead of checking out.

We loved EVERYTHING about this place, EXCEPT - We DID HAVE a major problem when leaving, however... We had previously booked a ferry to Lembongan Island the day before. We scheduled our taxi and ferry to coincide with our checking out of the room HOWEVER...The reception desk WOULD NOT LET US CHECK OUT until they inspected the room! On top of that, they had no one available to check the room. This took an additional 25 minutes! We waited and waited and waited. It was hot and humid. The taxi driver would not let us leave till the reception desk gave him their approval. They kept telling us they were doing it for OUR BENIFET! They said they had to ensure we didn't leave our passport in the room (they were in our pockets). I've never seen anything like it! We barely made it to the ferry and had to run with our bags - just because they wouldn't check us out! So...if you make sure that you leave yourself 30 minutes to check out, you'll love this place.

Excellent rooms. We had our own private pool. The room was "walled" in that when we went into our pool, there was a wall between our room and the rest of the properties. This meant it was super quiet! Room was very spacious. Full kitchen with fresh water cooler, big fridge, dining table, two sofas and two full bedrooms. There were three large television (one for each room). Each room has its own bathroom with shower and bath. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. Shopping and food within easy walking distance. Great Chinese restaurant right across the street. Beds were great; slept very well. Rooms were A/C cooled with no insects or mosquitos. Pool as awesome! It was like an Oasis! Friendly staff for all but the last few minutes of our stay. . .

The villa kitchen could do with a few more utensils i.e. toaster, knife and cutting board Our bed mattress sagged quite badly but the staff were amazing and changed it all for us the next morning

bathroom should have quality check before guests arrival... it took them one day to fix it though I was not mad.

As clean as you can get. Breakfast was amazing specially the pancakes. Very close to all the fun in Seminyak.

The shower head was falling apart, the water pressure was very weak and hot water took 10 mins to come through. Also the toilet only flushed through sometimes. There was a kind of air lock and water came out when flushed but didn’t go down again. Four plus flushes was normal to get rid of waste.

The Villa was stylish and comfortable with a lovely pool. The beds and pillows were quite comfy. too.

We had a 2 bedroom villa which had plenty of space. Big bedrooms and bathrooms and a large lounge kitchen dining area. Nice pool and outdoor area, too. The kitchen has a full sized fridge and cooking facilities.

The breakfast could be much better. I think the villa need some improvements too.

The villa was situated in a good location and truly on ground floor so no stairs hassles!
