2 of the bedrooms seems to have few gaps on the ceiling that made it not soundproof. we can hear each other in the living room from the bedroom and vice versa, and some other sounds you wouldn’t want your friends to hear. but it’s only a minor thing

the area is quiet but very to close to everything in seminyak and only 15 mins to canggu. pool was great. all the rooms are very clean and comfy.

Clean, powerful air-conditioning, comfortable. Location was good. Mini supermarket just next door, good food within walking distance. Friendly staff. Room was exactly the same as in the pictures. Will love to be back.

Hot water in both bathrooms were a disappointment. Aircon in 1 of the rooms wasn't working well too. Wifi was bad and TV channels cldn't be operated . Have to order GRAB food as premise doesn't have a cafe/restaurant. Breakfast choice was limited.

Bracha is our favourite place to stay in Seminyak. It's so clean, quiet and spacious, and is in a fantastic location. The staff are attentive, helpful and lovely. Housekeeping do a fantastic job each day refreshing the room and the breakfast each morning was delicious and filling ☺️ The pool is clean, refreshing and inviting. The shower is warm with good water pressure and the bath is really relaxing and spacious. The bed is really comfortable and the room is perfectly climate controlled, considering it's almost all glass walls. We have stayed here twice and will continue to return each time we are in Bali. Unrelated - Happy Chappy across the road is amazing Chinese with unique, delicious cocktails!

Water pressure and hot water need to be consistent. There were times I couldn't flush the toilet, and the hot water would run out early mornings. Breakfast could be much better. Air conditioners weren't cold enough at times Despite that, very pleasant experience overall

Clean, modern and minimalistic design. Use of lamps make the place feel cozy. Loved the staff! They were very friendly and were always ready to assist in any way

Beautiful villas. About a 5-10min walk to most restaurants and cafes on Eat street. It was a beautiful spot to come back and relax. Loved the pool no beds were comfortable too!

The villa has its own distinct point where it is a short walk to Seminyak Square, which has a variety of cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops for you to shop at. This villa is the most handy because it is next to a mini store. Even if the road is busy, you will feel at ease staying there. The villa and private pool size is ideal for a family, couple, or group of friends to stay in.

Need more coat hangers in the wardrobe. The light in the bathroom was very dim and difficult to see at night when having a shave. All they need to do is fit LED lamps to resolve the problem.

Worst place we have ever stayed !! They will try to Charge you $1.1 million rupiah for staining a sheet and then threaten to call immigration if you decline to pay. Genuinely the worst place I’ve been and we will not be back EVER. I do not recommend this place one bit. Do not stay here unless you want immigration threatened over staining a sheet. Absolutely terrible.

We booked 2 bed room villa 2 nights for our stay at Seminyak. 1) day 1 after checked in, we noticed filter for the pool was not working. Called a staff, told us it will be turned on automatically, but the pool was really dirty that covered with leaves and dust. Called again, they sent someone and fixed the issue- so it was broken. 2) very dirty towels which you can see black dark marks on the towel and it seems because they were too old. 3) very dirty bedding. White Iinen and pillow cases but you can see brownish stains or marks. We had to pick 3 fairly ‘clean’ pillow to use. 4) very dirty cutleries. We ordered breakfast to be sent to our villa. Cutleries were dirty- we even saw dried rice stuck on a spoon. 5) the only breakfast we can have is the Indonesian options. Terrible western breakfast. 6) very dirty swimming pool. I wonder how often the pool gets cleaned. It seems fine from outside when the filter’s on, but once we jumped into the pool, we can clearly see whiteish skin-like dirts and brownish dirts in the pool! EVERYWHERE! They were at the bottom the pool that the filter can not clean these! If you want to taste other people’s dead skin, go have a dive in this pool! Last, and the most disappointing thing. 6) on check out, receptionist said there is one towel missing. I asked her if they checked everywhere, especially the linen basket because my parents put one in the basket. She told me yes, but still one missing. We ran back the villa to double check ourselves- we only used their towels after swimming because the towels are really dirty. Found one towel in the basket, checked with housekeeper and he said that is the one and he didn’t know there is one in the basket. Back the reception, told her the same. I was vey disappointed and asked her why they would tell us they have checked ‘everywhere’ but they didn’t checked the basket? This is not everywhere. Reception stated she only repeated what the housekeeper asked her.

I loves the fact that it looks much much better and bigger than in fotos! Bed was so comfortable! Pool is bigger then expected! People overthere so nice and welcoming! In few minutes from all restaurants and caffès but still relax pure!

I had booked Bracha Villa for 3 nights for my stay in Seminyak. Listing down all the issues my husband and I faced. 1) At check in the mid aged lady was very rude and blatantly refused to accommodate to our breakfast restrictions ( Vegan diet ). 2) The shower had no shower gel to bathe. 3) The dental kit was without toothpaste. 4) The AC was constantly leaking, water droplets falling on our face while sleeping. 5) Toilet flush just never worked , 3 days were extremely tough there. 4) The jet spray also had to be fixed as it wasn't functioning well. 5) The towels were extremely rough, looked old tattered and worn out to an extend they looked greyish instead of white. 6) We constantly had to call a service/ repair guy at every hour we were in the villa and hence no privacy at all. Asked the manager to change our villa they said they couldn't and instead suggested we check out at 7pm !! That was the most pathetic response one can expect when you've paid 100% advance and the villa being a disaster. 7) We asked them to refund us or compensate us , to which we are still waiting . Attaching pictures so that no one gets fooled !! This property is extremely poor , walls cracked and leaky . Not a recommendation for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy their stay !!! Go there if you want a repair guy in your room all throughout.

I would give it a negative rating if I could. Except for the location being decent enough nothing else about this place was good.

A little paradise away from the hustle and bustle of seminyak. Amazing villa, very comfortable and luxurious. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy to get around on grab bikes to sunset and to clubs. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. Breakfast every day was delicious and the massages in the villa were a wonderful treat
