Many mosquitos, the mirror in the washroom is old and the WC makes a weird sound from time to time. The bathroom needs an update.

The rooftop room with a private garden is great. I love the decor and it has a great size. The private garden is a plus.

Wifi didn't work in our room much, had to go down to the lobby to use it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were several times when we needed to speak to someone and there was no staff at the front counter.

Loved how spacious the room was and the air conditioner was very effective at cooling down the space. The property was very peaceful and in a great neighborhood with lots of food options. We especially liked going to Local Coffee around the corner for a delicious breakfast every morning.

The toilet/sink was inside the room whereas the shower was outside. This combination worked fine but in the toilet/bathroom the mirror was rusty-looking and there was nowhere to hang a hand towel. Not a big deal but would improve overall impression of an otherwise lovely room if it were fixed.

Very nice, spacious room, friendly staff - arrived in the evening but airport transfer and check-in with security staff was fine. Location great, really quiet leafy back street but close to the beach and restaurants, etc.

We had 3 rooms and one of the aircon wasn't working well. Staff offered another room but it was not different. Our room had no sheer curtains, only black out curtains so we had to choose between day light and privacy. Bathrooms have no glass windows, only wood blinds so very hot and open to bugs and insects. No facility on site to buy food or drinks.

Quiet and away from the buzz. Nice staff. 2 of our 3 bedrooms were good.

Though location is quite close to central seminyak, to reach the villa you have to go thru a long small alley - which can be problematic if you are coming with Big Car, especially when there is car fr opposite direction.

Fairly a distance from crowds / shops at Seminyak area, since the alley is quite narrow I would sometimes prefer to take gojek around instead of walking. Room and everything inside were VERY outdated, much difference compared to the filtered photo. The bed linen and pillow covers were yellowish, all provided pillows were already out of shape. The TV was very small, with bad picture quality and positioned very high near the ceiling, TV remote battery ran out after 2 days staying. The balcony was shared with neighbor's unit and just being separated by a few pot of plants, no privacy. Uneven flooring between kitchen and bedroom without proper marking (if walking from the kitchen side), might trip yourself if not being mindful. The fridge was probably more than 10 years old (Sanyo brand!), while still cold enough the door tent to stuck while closing so might leave the fridge slightly open for entire day.

Quite a big studio room with a small kitchen area, a few minutes walk to nearby Sarinande Beach from where you can continue walking to Seminyak Beach, comfortable bed, room cleaning is good.

It felt really weird that they asked us to pay for our room 3 three times before even we could get a breakfast. They were so insisting that we just hurried to pay and get rid of the pressure. Even though the location was good, the walking route to the center was not enjoyable as they were tiniest streets with traffic and no sidewalks.

The room that we stayed had a terrace and a garden with an open air shower, which was super cute. The room was really big and comfortable. The location was good, close to the city center and the beaches at the same time.

aircon for me was a downside as the position where it was placed made the room not being cold enough and that`s needed in a hot Bali weather. wifi was down a lot of the times as well

lovely location and room, not far from the beach and next to an amazing coffee place. good directions by the management and lovely staff members, especially Agus who was really friendly and helpful. safe place and quiet and a warm pool to use every day. no breakfast options but plenty of options close by

No reception at 8 00pm, a broken tap and water dripping from air conditioner, both fixed promptly. No breakfast at Casa Artista but nice little local coffee and breakfast minutes away.

The property was in a quiet location and comfortable. It presented almost like the photos. Enjoyed a daily dip in the pool with sun beds available.

So hard to prevent or stop, but there were a few ants in the room, around the complex and even some on the bed which (as a creepy crawly phobe) was a put off. The tap in our room was broken and there wasn’t a lot of staff presence on reception.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, a little oasis in the middle of Seminyak. The staff were very incredibly friendly and the whole atmosphere there is exactly what we wanted on holiday, relaxed, great value but with a touch of luxury.

The air con didn’t work well enough to cool the whole room. The lights above the bed were very hot. The toilet smelt really bad. My boy had an allergic reaction to either the pool or the bed. There was hardly anyone at reception and we had to correspond through WhatsApp. Even though there was security at the end of the street, when we walked back to the hotel at night, my boy felt unsafe because the hotel was down the end of a difficult to find narrow dark street. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left street the first. There are much nicer, cheaper hotels to stay at.

The property looked lovely and the pool area was nice with lovely sun beds.

WE HAD TO MOVE FROM ROOM 8 AFTER A NIGHT OF SWEATING AND THE ROOM SMELLY. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE OUT OF THE WAY BUT IF YOU HAVE A BIKE, USE GOJEK OR DON'T MIND A WALK THE HOTEL IS GREAT.

VILLA 15 (LOFT) WAS BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET AT NIGHT AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFY. WE LOVED THE POOL AROUND THE BACK AS THE HOTEL POOL WAS A BIT WARM AT TIMES. 30 MINUTE WALK ALONG BEACHFRONT TO LEGIAN. MASSAGE TO THE RIGHT WALKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY WAS EXCELLENT WITH EXPERIENCED LOVELY LADIES. THE COFFEE HUT ACROSS FROM THE MASSAGE WAS GREAT IN THE MORNINGS. 5 MINUTE WALK DOWN TO BEACHFRONT.

Only the kitchen need to have more attention to look pretty (stove, oven,) I found very dangerous. There is no sign for the toilet on the lobby. The location I found a bit far away from the beach, more than I saw on the maps and also at night the way is very dark to get back home by walking
