No air con in the hotel apart from in the rooms so when waiting in the lobby/eating at the restaurant it can be unbearable.

Good selection at breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean and staff are helpful and polite. Hotel is walking distance to the nearest shops/restaurants. Also very close to the airport.

The swimming pool areas could have better shading to protect against the very strong sun!!! the fabric on top of the cabanas is very thin and not adequate enough to protect against the sun. Some people may not particularly like the location since we are dependent on transportation to access restaurants and shops in the community at large. The hotel is not really walking distance to anything...especially if we having to walk during the day time when the sun may be quite intense.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated and having a balcony was definitely a plus. The breakfast selection was awesome and the swimming pool areas were also very pleasant and provided different options. The staff was very friendly, efficient and always very responsive.

The pool closed at 7pm which was a shame as we would've liked to go for an evening swim on some occasions. Other than that, I cannot fault anything about this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, such careful attention to detail and staff work so hard to keep the gardens and buildings looking amazing. The hotel has a very relaxed feel, the lagoon pool is spectacular and the perfect temperature! Rooms are very spacious and comfy beds. Plenty of bottled water is provided each day. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony in the evenings too. The Momo cafe breakfast has endless options and is amazing too! Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. We loved spending time at the beach club too, the shuttle bus leaves every hour which was perfect. We were able to enjoy drinks and lunch at the beach club and have a shower there after our surfing session!

No list of activities with location or time. We did find one by the time share pool but then it turned out they weren’t sure if we could join those activities or not. Kids club was only for tinies, my teens would have loved some stuff organised for them to meet people. Mosquitoes everywhere!! Gym aircon was not fierce enough (it was much warmer than in bedrooms)

Amazing breakfasts. Think we are ruined for anywhere else now! They even left out food for the squirrels that you took from a specific place in the buffet and loaded into coconut shells tied to the trees by where you ate. The main pool is not super big but there is a Marriott resort (timeshare) place next door and that has a lazy river and larger pool. Seemed to be okay to use it but no wifi there. Side gate from property led straight to town- quite small but supermarket for snacks and massage salon (150 IDR/£7.50 for an hour of head or foot massage was amazing). Cheap clothes shops too. We walked out for supper most nights to Silicon Food Park up the road which was fun. Service was really great. They really helped me when we left behind my son’s favourite hoodie (ended up having to load it onto a grab bike and send it to a friend across Bali!).

The place was amazing. The location is next to many souvenirs shops restaurants. The pool was nice. They have many activities for kids. Don’t miss feeding squirrels while u r having breakfast. The staff were super friendly.

We came for our honeymoon and my husband ‘s birthday and we asked if they can offer something for us, and I wouldn’t mind if they’ve said they don’t do stuff like this, instead they lied to us at the reception that we got a free room upgrade and we did not. It was the same room we payed for it on booking. The rooms are a little bit old, the furniture, the tv and fridge also. The AC is literally blowing you in bed right into your head, it s positioned bad.

A bit far from the ocean - you either need to take a transfer (every hour) to get to hotel's beach club or walk to the nearest beach 10-15 minutes. Air conditioner blowed right in our face when we layed on a bed - and you can't change it - may be it was a problem of our particular room - I don't know. A lot of asian food but lack of european food for breakfast.

The best hotel we stayed at on Bali. Great buffet breakfast. Great pools. Awesome rooms. Very comfortable hotel. You can stay in a hotel and enjoy the pool, restaurants, different activities without a need to go outside. By the way Nusa Dua is the best for families with kids - wide and safe sidewalks, no crowds. You can walk around with kids and feel completely safe.

I have no complaints about the property. The staff is doing an incredible job of keeping the property in pristine condition.
