the room was spacious, i stayed at classy room, the drink in the fridge are free, the snack also free. Swimming pool is big and clean for me and my boy to swim...since i drove myself from Bali to Surabaya and i was so thankful because they offered free valet service...that's quite helpful

There aren't many shops, restaurants and cafe nearby. To be fair, if you walk for 15 min, you will reach everything: a huge mall, McDonald's, Coffee TGC which opens at 6am, but that's quite a bit of walking for a traveler. And if I just want to get a cup of coffee or grab some simple food, I also don't want to call a Grab. I ordered room service, the food is great and sent to me on time (as I requested a specific time) but a little bit expensive. The pool is too small for exercising, but if you want to cool down in the water and take some pictures, that's perfect.

We stayed on a high floor which gave us an amazing city view. The staff are very helpful. We asked them for information about sending package to Jakarta. They didn't know at first but they checked and called back to provide additional information for us.

Hotel was very busy, had to wait at breakfast for glasses plates cutlery to be be supplied. Need more sun lounges around pool and repair the existing sun lounges.

Stayed with 2 kids. It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

I booked this based on reviews from others. What a joke. I paid for the top priced room, When i got to the room, I found that there are no bedside tables therefore no where to put a bottle of water, a phone or book or anything, There are no plugs for charging other than one only inside the wardrobe, Go figure??? The Air conditioning was hopeless it was stifling hot and stuffy. As were the corridors on all floors. Zero effective air conditioning. The lifts , all 3 , are not logic controlled so they all race to the same floor for one passenger, meaning that it take 15 minutes to get from 12th floor to ground and vice versa. The breakfast was an absurd joke, the coffee was like water, There was no toast or butter for an omelette. All other foods were cold. It was an absolute disgrace for a so called "4 star" hotel. First and last time ever for me.

This hotel is one star. They obviously don't invest anything anymore. Gym machines all broken. Booked comfy room, only amenity was a 5 dollar chair. So poor. Comfy rooms and suites are located at the corner to the main street so very, very loud. Across my room was a suite with opened door, totally moldy. I felt like living in a hotel under construction. Staff doesn't care about anything just asking to pay once you entered the room. They even want to charge to watch football in their pub. Everything is really old and not up to date.

The buffet is good, but I got food poison from their hot dishes and had to stay in bed for 1 day. Missed my meetings.
