We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe drainage in the bathroom was a bit of a problem in our rooms. It was draining, but it was relatively slow, so you might flood the bathroom if you showered for too long.
The hotel has that old-school luxury with a modern touch. It has that spacious room and spacing that the old hotel has with a new and contemporary interior. The reception lobby is huge which many new hotels do not incorporate. It is located within the heart of Semarang and in the exact location as Paragon mall with restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a cinema. It is very convenient if you suddenly need something you can just walk to the mall and get it. The room itself is nice and clean and the food is good as well.

IndonesiaThe hotel need urgent refurbishment!!! Towels are stiff (i guess they skip the softener) and smell like chemical. Shower has poor water pressure. You can definitely tell that the hotel is trying to cut some budget from the small things such as the kind of napkin they use at breakfast, the access card case using a plain white envelope you usually find at convenience store, the amenities. Breakfast is poor. Its not worth the price.
The location and connection to the mall is a plus. The staff is really trying to do their best. Car park is good, plenty of space.

IndonesiaActualy I was a little hesitant about booking at this hotel again, I have booked twice in 2021, 2022 and found the room was not clean, But because I needed a large room for my family I was forced to try again hoping that the hotel will be improved It turns out even more disappointing, Room furniture too old n dusty, not well maintain at all Smelly bathroom, sink clogged even room telephone didn't work, we called the staff, the response was very slow we even have to come to receptionist since no staff coming after requested Iit really doesn't have 5 star value, Ffrom cleanliness, staff the nor the stabdard quality of services.

IndonesiaThey don't maintain the equment in the room, the refrigerator doesn't work, in fact, it is warm inside the fridge and the knop to set the coller/temperature is damage. The air conditioning doesn't work properly. I set the temperature to the lowest and set the fan speed to highest but still pretty warm in my room. The worst is when I checked out and asked to have a printed invoice for my office and the Receptionist said I can't get it, because I booked tnrough Booking.con, I should use the one from Booking.com. in which I never get such issue in many other hotels that I also booked from Booking.com. I left the Receptionist without the invoice. Later on, my colleague, who I booked his room together with me through Booking,com, checked out, and he asked for the invoice, the Receptionist gave it without any comment. Just a few minutes different the service is completely different. I feel that I was treated differentlt, because I am a local Indonesian, while my colleague is the western guy from Netherlands. This is totally unacceptable and very unppropriate acts of the Receptionist, which make me to decide for not to go this hotel again.. forever.. because of such ridicoulus and unacceptble treatment. Shame on you local Receptionist!!!!!

IndonesiaThe hotel needs maintenance and refreshment in many areas. Carpets and wallpapers were smelly and stained. Bed sheet had holes (torn). I found remaining trash in the bathroom from the previous guest. I didnt complain, just cleaned it by myself. Room is dark and smelly, for some reason it is their standard to close the curtain before the guest come in, which avoid sunlight to get in. So when guests came in, it felt murky and depressing.
Location is great, at the central. Pool is okay. Club lounge is okay. I like the lemongrass air freshner at the common area.
