Hot water takes a long of time to come out in the shower. Towels need to be change (there are some stains in them). I would prefer more international food for breakfast.

Breakfast was till 10 am but they didn’t prepared enough food or the food haven’t been refilled after 9:15 /9:30 am. So only leftovers after that time and that was not really delicious

The local road isn't very illuminated to walk aroud. The breakfast could offer more variety.

Spent a night.The place was good to rest. The bed was confortable. The pool seemed nice but we didn't try. The hosts were very nice and kind.

The villa whilst clean was dated and in need of a paint. The couch in the main area could be updated too. There were dirty towels at the top of the stairwell, unsure how long they'd been there for but not many people would go up there I guess.

The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was great. Something different each morning for breakfast and an awesome variety. It was great that this was included in the price so we went out full each morning. The private villa pool was also good. Short walk to dining or to buy drinks.

The location it is hidden in an alley and the day we arrived it was dark and we had to walk till the Main Street a bit scary if you are alone and we didn’t feel safe.

Well the room looked clean but next day they changed the bed sheets the covers and beds are dirty good that it has covers.

The staff were not so helpful I guess they may have been overworked thus the enthusiasm is low. That did not make our stay much comfortable. The place is in a bit off place. One would not feel more safe walking off hours alone.

I liked the fact that the cleaners made our days. They were kind and friendly. And they enjoyed their work which made the atmosphere much better when other staff are kind of tired and a bit gloomy 😞

The buffet breakfast had variety which is a must. The art and furniture is exquisite and nicely curated. It has a classy yet chill vibe. It would be better if there were 2 pillows per person.

We have 3 bedroom Villa where we have not used second bedroom upstairs as it has very bad stinky toilet. Not able to sleep in the room. Complaints twice but they were not able to solve the issue. I really need one third of my payment back as we have till not used facility.

They charged me twice for my accomodation. Despite me showing that I had paid already via booking.com. I had to wait hours to get my money back. They only gave me cash refund and did not put money back onto my card. I therefore lost money due to card fees I paid.

The hotel looks like a family hotel, which is nice, but seems like they need to do improvements on their facilities. Looks like a bit old and there were small flies in the room coming from the bathroom. It’s quite far from the centre by walk, you better book a motorbike or a car (grab) which is not too bad either as it is very cheap. I didn’t like the breakfast offer.

The hotel is good value for money and the pool is very nice. I wasn’t feeling very well during my stay and the staff took care about every detail I needed. The best part of my stay was them.

Still a little far away from the Beach and Restaurants Finally got it sorted and I walked most days It was a nice Suite,and with Breakfast included,so ok price wise but when there are 2 of you it would be excellent value

The breakfast can be good, but most of the time when we had breakfast all the food usually already gone finished, even there were no new glasses and cutlery. And the staff doesn't seem eager to put more food or new cutlery.

The hotel is not big hotel, which is what we are looking for. The staff are all very friendly. The hotel is clean. Location is perfect, easy access to Seminyak and surounding without having traffic jam in front of the hotel.

The curtains didn't meet properly, so it was a bit palava to close the curtains each night. The shower was quite cold, and the water didn't flow through the drain fast enough. This resulted in water overflowing when showering. The location is fine if you have your own transportation. Otherwise, you may find it difficult to move about.

The pool was good it looked exactly like the pictures. Although we didn't use it, we're sure it would have been quite lovely. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. The furniture was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We were right on the end with construction next door. Whilst the workers were quiet the privacy was limited as the workers could see into the villa if they were standing on their balcony. Perhaps the bamboo fencing needs to be higher in that section.

Stunning room. Beautiful location. Staff were excellent. The bar/ pool area is breathtaking especially with tree cliffs lit up at night and watching turtles in the bay during breakfast. Would stay here again!

The warm water took longer to be produced. The pool water was cold for me n the kids, the room key was too small ( itook extra effort for me not to lose it 😅)…adding a bigger key cain ( or change it to horel card) would be helpful. A laundry hanger to dry the beach wear and towel would be appreciated)…even just ipon request at the reception.

The place, though it’s hidden (which I consider to be a plus) is close to many services (restaurant, spa, minimarket, laundry, etc). All within walking distance. The beach is about 20 min away by foot (around 2 km). The hotel is really clean, the design is modern with a touch of Bali. The room is really spacious, the aircond works properly, the pool is of a good size for children. The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasteful with some variation each day. Value for money!
