Air conditioning didn't work in our bedroom on the first night, which was really bad because they couldn't move us - tough after a long travel day. The living space around the family area wasn't really big enough for the four of us and the sofa and armchair were really uncomfortable and cheap. The TV's in the bedrooms didn't connect to the internet and so didn't work really.

Location was good, but the immediate outside area was pretty scruffy and there was some construction under way close by. Breakfasts were excellent and a fair price. Staff were lovely and helpful.

All the equipments including bathroom, kitchen, bedroom even the pool and the pool side chairs and all stuff should be changed as some were rusted and broken the pool was not clean They were high level of chemical I guess CHLORINE was too high that we got irritation and redness in eyes Rest all ok

There is building work all around this complex so there was a bit of noise. We were out every day so didn't really bother us.

Villa with it's own private pool. Cleaned every day,staff are lovely. Great wifi & good A/C. Seperate living room at 1 side bedroom at the other. Gallons of hot water for the shower or bath. Very quiet at night a secure complex. Reception manned 24hrs. Good location tucked away behind Starbucks.

The pool was always in shade so no sun. There was nothing comfortable around the pool to lay down and chill. The upstairs sun beds were also not very comfortable. All in all not much opportunity to just spend time at the villa to relax and enjoy the sun. The living room was also not very comfortable and everything was a bit dirty (the sofa coverings were covered in stains, the floors were always a bit dirty). The breakfast was always quite cold.

It was very quiet and the villa was quite big for two people. The kitchen and living room was separated from the bedroom. There was a second story with a day bed and two sun beds and another bedroom (upstairs bedroom was locked, though). The bathroom was partly uncovered/ very airy but still private. There was a nice bathtub. Water was hot always. The pool was cleaned daily. The staff did their utmost to ensure you had everything you wanted.

We have taken the time to read through the experiences shared by other guests of the Bali holiday villa, and we must admit that our own experience seems to be vastly different from the majority. We want to emphasize that we are not the type of individuals who readily complain, but we feel compelled to provide our honest account of our stay. From the moment we arrived, it became apparent that the villa did not live up to our expectations. The condition of the pool was far from satisfactory, as it was visibly dirty and plagued by leaks. This hindered our ability to enjoy a refreshing swim and raised concerns about hygiene and safety. Adding to our disappointment was the presence of ongoing construction work on the neighboring villa. The constant noise and disruption severely compromised the tranquility we had hoped for during our vacation. It was disheartening to discover that our peace and relaxation were continuously disturbed by the relentless construction activities. Furthermore, we were dismayed by the state of the furniture within the villa. Many pieces were visibly damaged and posed potential hazards. It was disconcerting to encounter furniture with sharp edges or loose components that could potentially cause harm. It was like navigating between sharp knives. My partner cut her legs on two occasions. While we acknowledge the friendliness of the staff, it is regrettable that the villa itself seemed to have seen better days. Our experience of the breakfast provided was consistently poor, with limited options and subpar quality. We found ourselves yearning for more variety and a higher standard of culinary offerings. We want to reiterate that our intention is not to complain needlessly, but rather to express our genuine disappointment with our stay at the villa. As paying guests, we had anticipated a more enjoyable and memorable experience.

The staff was friendly. We sincerely hope that our feedback will be taken into consideration, and that necessary steps will be taken to address these issues. It is our belief that every guest deserves a comfortable and satisfying stay, and we trust that the management will take appropriate action to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s even better than the photos. The pool, the rooms and the bathroom are all so clean. The staff even organised a birthday surprise for my boyfriend - with a beautiful petal decoration on the bed and cupcakes for no extra cost! The location is also really great with a big supermarket and a lovely Italian restaurant 30 seconds walk away. The outdoor bathroom had a great shower with good pressure and hot water and the AC was also great. Definitely worth the money!

The cleanliness of the villa e.g bedding was a bit old and stained, pool/furniture was a bit dirty. The villa was run down and outdated. Definitely overpriced for the state it was in.
