The bathroom needed some upgrading and had a bit of a constant smell.

The Staff was incredible and very friendly. As a solo traveller the fruebdky staff stood out for me as i always felt welcomed. The resort is beautiful.

Too many mozzies

The place was very spacious and nice designed. All staffs were nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Except there were lots of mozzies around so just need to make sure bring mozzies repellent and apply it all the time.

The Wi-Fi was usable, but could have been a bit better. The pads for the pool lounge chairs really need replacement, and they would sometimes run out of breakfast items.

Great staff - super nice and very efficient. Beautiful grounds and pools. Huge, quiet room with a super comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast with cook to order options.

We enjoyed all aspects of the property

The villas are located in the perfect spot, being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. As soon as you enter the property you are greeted with beautiful gardens and friendly staff. The traffic noise of Seminyak’s busy streets is left behind - the villa is tranquil and quiet. The main pool is pristine and the restaurant is inviting. There are plenty of spots within the grounds to relax. This accommodation is highly recommended!

The couch in the room was uncomfortable. Laundry charge was super expensive Change of ownership during my stay meant everything had to be paid up front.

The toilet fitting were a bit old. And the outside area was hot. But the staff was great and gave us an air cooler for the outside area on request

The open air bathroom was an experience but not very practical as it was very hot, collected mosquitoes and everything got saturated when it rained.

Fantastic villa with lovely private pool, perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable beds and great shared facilities too.

The AC could’ve been stronger, especially the ones in the room.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast spread is great and the location is the cherry on the top.

Would have been nice if there were more staff who could speak fluent English, sometimes it was hard to communicate. We felt like quite a few staff members didn’t quite understand what we were saying or asking.

Beautiful Balinese designed villas, open plan kitchen with pool attached. Pool was cold and lovely. Super comfortable beds and pillows with mosquito nets. We had the best sleep of our lives!! Gardens were incredibly kept, maintained each day, green and beautiful. Communal pools were cold and big and my children used them daily. Staff were really helpful and kind, welcoming and warm. Suta was very helpful and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help us with anything.

Love the villas , just a bit difficult getting out of the pools . You need to lean on your knees to pull yourself onto the ledge to get out .

Unfortunately it is a little dated and could do with a re-vamp but nothing serious. Some of our guests needed their Air-cons attending too (re gassed or fixed) but staff fixed promptly. Nothing really to suggest not staying here.

Loved the location in Seminyak. 3 bedroom Villa with our own pool plus 2 property pools to use too! Buffet breakfast was great! Lots to choose from. Great size rooms and facilities. Loved the gardens, staff were great and always friendly.
