Bathrooms were in another corridor with people passing through to airline offices! Very difficult to find. No one knew where it was (Domestic, not international terminal)

The Booking.com location says Arrivals but we walked both ends of the terminal in vain. After going up to Departures we found it mentioned on their information board and actually located on a mezzanine level. Much too tricky to find!

I wish there was a towel so I could take a shower. The shower/toilet was shared with other companies, so it wasn’t super clean.

The convenience. We arrived a bit past midnight and our connecting flight was in the morning. So it was a perfect place . They can be used as day-use to take a nap. Also they offer keep luggage.

Quite a bit of noise from other guests made it hard to sleep. Not the hotel's fault - they do have signs asking people to be quiet in the sleeping area, but some people just made noise anyway. Was also surprised not to find a plug in the capsule, only a USB port.

Comfortable, well-equipped capsule, ideal for a quick sleep between flights. The location was very convenient, on an intermediate floor between arrivals and departures in Terminal 3. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the whole thing was well organised, with large lockers for storing luggage.

We need to go outside the hotel area for the bathroom. Although, the bathroom is exclusively accessible with guest access card.

Small but comfortable capsule hotel. Easy to check-in. The location just nearby the domestic amd international departure terminal. Deposit of Rp 50.000 required.

The signs were a bit poor at the airport (Same issue with the Airport hotel at terminal 2), the only sign was next to the elevators, so took a while to locate. It is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in reality). The shared showers were a bit dirty. The capsules are plastic, so noices made by other people are heard pretty easily, please be quiet. Also the electronic locks made annoying beeping noices when used, so you could hear them from somewhere every now and then.

The location was great! It was nice to have a possibility to go to take a shower before the flight. Slippers and a towel were provided. The capsule was good size (for really tall people maybe a bit short). The wifi worked well!

The bathrooms and praying room are outside of the hotel (in airport common area), but they are close. The bathrooms are private for hotel guests only.

Its location! It is inside the airport, so perfect for overnight stay and early morning connection. No need to suffer through traffic. Its spot also close to foodcourt and restaurants, no need to worry about food. The shuttle service counter also just one level below. There is locker and also luggage storage at Reception.

Don't book for a full day if you can avoid it. They won't be full so if you have an early flight, just book on arrival. I had a hard time locking the door from the outside.

I'm a little over 5 feet tall (~155cm), and I felt that the capsule was just long enough for me... I don't think someone much taller would be comfortable. The lockers were (just barely) not big enough for my luggage, so I had to bring my rolling check-in bag into the capsule with me... my feet touched my bag, and my head was within inches of the wall at the other end.

Definitely can't beat the location! Right inside the airport. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and it was quiet. I slept well. The bathrooms were okay - not amazingly clean, but not terrible. The bathrooms were a bit challenging to access, though... not inside the facility, but across the hall by some offices. Lots of the airport restaurants were open late and early, so even though my flight was at an insane time, I was still able to eat. Check-in and check-out were both easy and fast.
