A bit noisy with some works done in the morning and children screaming. some awful smell in the ground floor I think coming from rubbish bin area. Not too close to the beach but cheap transport to it.

Friendly staff. Location on main road but not too close to the beach. Close to amenities and cafés. breakfast was ok but changed menus daily. Nice that they provide water dispenser on each corridor. Would be nice to have kettle for tea coffee making.

we cannot order food at the hotel because they close the restaurant since corono i guess, but it’s not big deal as we can order by gojek

Noisy traffic and next door club in the night. Couldn’t extend my stay online, the system kept putting me back to make a new booking. Every time I started the price kept going up and didn’t stop.

Noise from the corridor, had to wake up a lot once someone walked by the room, if they talk while walking it’s even worse, walls are paper thin, also room is very small, it might be ok for 1 traveler but not 2 for sure

Lots of c noise from neighbouring rooms and in corridor late unto the night then others early in thr mornings. I didn't use the pool as it was essentially in the eating/reception area

I booked the hotel cos it’s located near to the club I wanted to visit, Came back from the club at 3 am, I was planing to have some more sleep in the morning. Housekeepers start knocking the doors at 10am. At the back of hotel there was hotel being built. I could also here big bangers in the other room, they seemed trying to fix the furniture.

Wonderful premises and great staff. Location is convenient to the airport. I would have rated it much higher if it weren't for the pushy management who have so far sent me about 7 reminders to review - the first two before i even checked out! (I normally review faster...but I was curious to see if they would keep chasing me...)

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The clean facilities were a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence in hygiene and comfort. The entire premises gleamed with cleanliness and order, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere. The staff, without a doubt, were the highlight of my stay. They exuded professionalism, yet their friendliness made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a visitor. The hotel's spa and massage options were simply fantastic. Lastly, the hotel's central location was the icing on the cake. It allowed me to explore the city easily, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away.

Wasn't overly keen on breakfast, but they did have a lot of options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have their own car which can take you to the airport for just 150,000Rupiah, very efficient service. I was also able to leave my luggage behind the desk after checking out. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a decent size. Location very good, close to lots of shops/restaurants.

have booked the room with booking.com , up on arrival my parents have gone through so much of anxiety due front desk ask for money, I was surprised when I recive phone call from my parents WHY BOOKING.com did not deducted the money ? I have given my card detail at the time of booking. They needed physical card. Even though during booking I have said I am booking for my parents. Hotel should have contact me to deduct the payment up front. I am so concern about the future booking. I will not do any more booking Thanks Nirav
