The reception is quite busy when I checked in costed me around 15 mins as the staff was distracted by other things.

This hotel close to the airport as they also offer the shuttle service which is good! The room is quite spacious and they will drive you to the room by golf car if your room is a bit far from reception. Everything is good in general.

Nice and comfortable hotel near the airport. Great free shuttle from and to airport. Close to airport, you do not have to sit in Jakarta's famous traffic jam's Rooms are spacious and clean, they clean rooms every day. Nice spa and pools, they even have saunas there. Great massage services. Breakfast has lot's of choices. Rooftop bar is nice and food there is great. We stayed there twice during our trip and enjoyed both stays.

This booking was made for me by my son, I provided my credit card and the card was supposed to be charged prior to arrival. They didn't do that and my son had to produce his card to pay anyway, Was a shame as I had given it to him as a gift.

They have a shuttle bus from the airport so it's easy to travel back and forth. But the area of the hotel was not so interesting. But not a big deal.

Many facilities, and they have the best pillows I have ever slept on. The bed itself was also very good. Nice shower and clean.

Hang around the pool was way too hot due to the pool being covered by the building. There was no wind running.

We booked this hotel for an early morning flight back home. It is probably the best hotel for value for money that you will find! Great pool, gym and spa facilities. The food in the restaurants was delicious and a great price. The cocktails on the roof top bar were excellent. The rooms were big, clean and the beds were comfy. All the staff were welcoming and really helpful and the airport shuttle was an added bonus! You honestly couldn’t get a better hotel for this price!

Deposit IDR 50.000 is still charged on my credit card after three weeks, although I haven't used it at all during my stay (all payments were made on the spot). I have contacted the hotel twice already by email and now the hotel did ask for proof (credit card statement). Since this occured last year already it seems their protocol and in my opinion too much of a hassle for guests afterwards. My advice to other guests: pay your deposit in cash!

The hotel is somewhat remote so cannot walkout and find local restaurants. Having said that as an airport hotel it has everything you need.

Staff very friendly. Food good in restaurant and the transfers handy for the airport . Nice rooftop bar where you can watch the planes taking off and landing. Not noisy though.

The only reason I wouldn’t give the hotel 9/10 out of 10 is that the air con would make a loud banging / knocking noise at randoms times throughout the night which made us jump at times.

The hotel is immaculate - everything from the design to the finish of the lobbies / restaurants / cafes / rooms is impressive. The room itself was spacious and modern. The spa facilities were amazing - really nice to be able to use the sauna / steam room / various pools and gym during our stopover in JAK. The free airport shuttle service is also very useful and seamless to use. We were particularly impressed but the Thai / Indonesian food at the hotel restaurant - the food was simply sublime!

It's not i dont like, but i think you can adjust a bit for foods prices that you guys serving And one more thing, about the TV you.guys maybe can adjust for option, like we can log in to our own Netflix account, or if not to provide Youtube

The room is somewhat gloomy, not very clean, and needs more lighting.

Excellent Gym with all that is needed for a total work-out. Good spa enclosed, hot/cold jacuzzi, wet/dry sauna and a gorgeous swimming pool! Breakfast buffet and restaurant serve excellent varied food!

The corridor that all on the rooms run off can get a little noisy. We had an issue with a light that was flickering and another small maintenance issue but staff were quick to repair.

The property offers so many facilities. It is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was great and communication from staff on how to find it was excellent

We booked three superior room & asked them to put us at the same level. We got rooms with connecting door to our girls’ room which great. They put our sister & her daughter in a room very close to ours as we requested. We enjoyed our time in this resort from varieties of breakfast to their roof top bar, massage & spa also the different type of the swimming pool, saunas, gym etc all within the hotel facilities. Its exactly as lovely as what you see in photos. This hotel resort exceeding our expectation as we only looking for somewhere closer to the airport for few days to our next journey. As Jakarta traffic can be a nightmare if you live far away to get to the airport. Honestly this resort is one of the best airport hotel we’ve ever been 😍 Normally airport hotels either you only stay for transit or a bit longer well we don’t have any expectation on hotels near airport as mostly they’re just whatever kinda hotel you can get😆 FM7 not only good value for money, its also an enjoyable place to stay. The location for us served the purpose as we purposely looking a resort closer to the airport to avoid Jakarta traffic. Its only takes 15 minutes to the aiport waittt even better they provide free shuttle bus too. The staff are wonderful & helpful. Thankyouuu & keep up your good work FM7.
