Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaHotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lagoon pool is beautiful, but the sun shines on a very small part of the pool, the building around it prevents it. Hotel situated in a busy area, on a narrow street, surrounded with small shops of souvenirs and cheap, local clothes. You can reach Beachwalk shopping mall and coastline in 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, we spent a good time there.

The breakfast was really good and the staff would order your eggs for you get tea or coffee etc they were so helpful also the pool deck cocktails were excellent

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of a variety of dishes. Room was served daily. Rooftop and ground floor pools a delight. Special events like buffet dinner, fire dance and musician during the evening was great.

AustraliaOur room, 101. Poolside but the rails to enter the pool were too loose to use. We had water leaking in the bathroom and from the air con. Vanity basin had a large crack.
The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Australiawe didn't like that there is no pool bar on the main pool and we had to go to level 6 pool for the bar. the rooms were a bit dated and could use some touch ups of the bathroom for example the food in the bestbrew was not so good but plenty of restaurants nearby
the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great but could use more deck chairs. The beds were very comfortable.

SingaporeLocation - getting to anywhere takes at least 20 mins by car because of the traffic. Walking to the nearest mall is also about 10-15 minutes because of the way the roads are structured
