I love this hotel, best so far in my one month trip in Bali. I would definitely go back. love the staff and the breakfast was AMAAAAZIIIIING

Staff were great. Lots of activities within the hotel. Hotel was super clean, including pool and facilities. Good security and safety. Staff were quick and proficient.

United States24 reviews“Very disappointed with car rental from hotel, un reliable driver, kept messing up hour schedules and we end up seeing”Nothing, I only stay for one night to avoid traffics to visit West Bali. I rent a car and driver from the Hotel and the receptionist told me professional driver, Pak Made and know where to take us and will be pick up around 8:30 am sharp and the driver was late picking us up around 9:30am then he started to full the gasoline and messed up the whole day by looking for gas station… didn’t know the location well kept driving to wrong direction…. the second day the driver got worse and I don’t wan’t to continue this review because I don’t like to give bad review…
Good actually, beautiful view of the swimming pool from my room. Location un the center of Kuta that walking distance to almost any where. Good Hotel for short stay.

The entertainment provided was great with the Chinese New Year dragon dance, live music and the fire twirling.

We really like the aesthetic of this hotel. Our room is pool facing so its a really good view. The buffet breakfast was great with many food choices. We also put our kids at their kids club where the staff will do activities (dance, craft, games etc.) with them.

Thank you again for your generous hospitality it was very much appreciated. We also received a room upgrade upon arrival and felt very spoilt for the duration of our stay.
