Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe lounge and elevators had advertisements for local craft beer, but it was not available. We came from Lake Toba and had to drive through the downtown traffic to get to the hotel- that was our poor job of researching ahead of time
Great pool and breakfast buffet had a good variety of indonesian/ asian and western selection. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can book a taxi to the airport for 300,000 IDR and it takes about an hour. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. There is a supermarket across the street, some restaurants- convenient yet very heavy traffic.

Very nice rooms, the room attendants made our stay there the best, we can't say enough about how good they are, Ariati, Rozi, and Richard were amazing! The bartender Deyan was awesome and friendly! We had a problem in the restaurant, however Nike was amazing and very helpful to address the situation and resolved the problem, she deserve the trophy, if not for her, I would have left and found another hotel.
