1. The villas have nothing like a working desk, you should probably keep that in mind. 2. The floor inside the shower booth has no slope, so the water is spreading all over the bathroom every time you use a shower. 3. Because of the glass walls you can feel no privacy while using the restroom. All these were minor inconveniences, but all in all the experience was quite good.

We stayed in Lagoon Access Pool Villa for 2 nights during the Day of Silence. So we had to spend the whole day inside. The interior was very nice. The facility's territory is very nice and provides you with enough space for walking. The restaurant is excellent, and not as pricy as you can expect from a hotel venue.

Location is a little bit out of the way, about 25 mins to Ubud however we rented a car and the parking was easy so no issue for us.

The reception staff was not very cooperative. Every simple request was answered with a "No" or led to an unnecessary argument. The property is located in a far-off, secluded space. While the hotel provides a shuttle service to the Ubud market, it takes at least 30 minutes to reach the market, without traffic. Ubud market usually has traffic jams which delays your journey further. Moreover, the shuttle service is only available till 5.30 pm and needs to be booked 1 hour in advance. The last shuttle back to the hotel is at 6:15 pm which is too early. Getting cabs from the market to the hotel is difficult and costly. While Bluebird cabs reach the hotel easily, getting a ride back using Grab or bluebird across Ubud is impossible.

The property was beautiful and well-managed. The room was very spacious and well-designed. All facilities in the hotel were easily accessible. The housekeeping staff was polite and prompt. It is a great property for those looking to stay away from the hustle-bustle. The swimming pool is well-maintained and beautiful. Breakfast spread had all the essentials and the food was well-made. An ample supply of tropical fruits was laid out for the guests.

Mosquito curtains were ripped and stained. The shower had a constant urine smell to it. Always had to call reception to get towels or slippers, etc. Excessive rules.

The bathtub was great! The room design was nice to look at. Beautiful outdoor surroundings. The staff were really friendly.

May not have the best options for families with kids. No gym, no kids club. Getting to reception even needed a small flight of stairs. Evidently rooms are old with broken tiles lining pathways. We had a pool in our villa, surface was not fully clean with a couple of broken tiles on villas shared pool floor.

It is a great resort to getaway from the hustle and bustle of bali. Good for couples. Wonderful staff and very prompt service.

Lighting needs improvement especially around the steps as they’re not easy to see in the half light. Poor lighting by the one mirror in our room so putting on make up was pot luck!
