Breakfast was average. Local tourists were noisey General clealiness poor and hotel in need of repair.

Sadly the Wi-Fi lets the place down; it is very erratic.

The area, and the environment around the hotel are good. There are restaurants and bars and it is not far from the the sea. The pool is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable even though it it is a little dated.

Downstairs rooms were mouldy with rising damp. A bit of a hike to the beach.

Pools were nice and hotel spa/massage was excellent.

Breakfast was just ok, eggs was good but the watered down juice/ cordial was warm and not nice. Would of been nice to have more than one umbrella around the pool as it was so hot so could sit in chairs plus would of been nice to have some shade over part of the pool as both pools was in direct sunlight all day .

The staff was lovely, the room was big enough, shower was hot and the room was very quiet. Pool was great

The cleanliness, even when we requested the room.to.be cleaned it was basically just making the bed and fresh towels, nothing was wiped down or balcony cleaned

The hotel rooms are lacking maintenance. First night after getting into the room the tv did not work and neither did the telephone in the room. Msged on whatsapp the next morning and they sent maintenance to come and fix, this was prompt and it took less than 10mins to do. This could have een checked before i arrived. Dirty walls, mattress that is old and dents in the middle. The sink/basin in the bathroom was essentially hanging by a thread and was hanging skew. The wooden ottoman has wood peeling off the chair. No bottled drinking water is provided at all, and you aren't told this when making a booking. I was told this when i checked in after midnight. And told as an afterthought, I can go across the road. No safe in the room to store valuable items like your passport and electronics. This is an imperative for all travellers, this should be noted as an important piece of information on booking.com as this is a make or break situation for me. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my valuables and passport in my room, knowing cleaning staff would be in and out of my room. I've never needed to check for a safe on my travels because it's always been a part of the requirements. Only a few days in did I realize I had to ask for a towel for the pool. This is not provided or told to you when booking in. There is no info on this in the room itself either.

The hotel is in a good spot, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Grounds of the hotel are clean and maintained. All staff are very nice when approached with questions or when calling on the room phone. The laundry at the corner is cheap and does a good job.

Busloads of locals who stay at this hotel frequently were continuously being extremely noisy with kids running around late at night, yelling, scraping of furniture in the very early and late hours at night. The locals that stay here have absolutely no regard for other travellers. I would not recommend staying here if you want to get sleep

need more shade around the pool. our interconnecting door was very difficult to open. would be great to have the pool bar open

Cleaning standards… if there are any… Bed was fresh but full of stains every time, bathroom is just a disaster. Ot looks like there are low standards or there is absolutely no supervision in housekeeping.

Great place it’s not the newest hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and the pancakes for breakfast were delicious.
