Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndonesiaThe bathrooms are old in rooms on the second floor (room no 527 & 528). The tubs are moldy and rusty. The toilet is moldy too, some yellow to brown color inside. The edge of bathroom walls and floors also moldy. The light is a bit dark. The shower curtains smells bad with many water marks that will turn to be moldy too. This might be the low side impact of pandemic.
The swimming pools are the best. They are clean, well maintained, the size is big and long enough to swim for sport. Nice ceramic color, blue. And one pool with the dolphins picture looks nice too. The gardens are also nice and clean. The service is good, all the hotel employees are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is good. Parking area is big enough. The fried rice at the Olips Restaurant upstairs (above a mini mart) is good too.

AustraliaThe breakfast was substantial but found most mornings the food was cold unless you asked for fresh cooked eggs etc. There could of been another toaster on hand as found that you had to wait most times due to there only being the one toaster.
The location was good. Nice clean pools & the room was good for the price. There was plenty of room for parking & the mini mart was handy right at front of the hotel. There was also a 24hr Dr service next to the mini mart which came in handy.

AustraliaI had booked a double room but was given a twin room, because of the late arrival security checked us in, so when I asked for a double room he said to ask in the morning.
The location and breakfast were great. We only had 1 night here after a late flight. Room was small but suitable. Pools looked great. Would have been happy to stay here if I didn't have a booking somewhere else.

AustraliaThis is a budget friendly hotel so there is no fridge in the room which sucks when you want to enjoy a cold beverage on a hot day. You also can’t store any milk for your coffee. The pool was rather nippy because the building keeps the pool in the shade most of the day. The breakfast is a joke. Seriously you MUST ask the staff to cook you an omelette because no matter when I turned up there was never any food in the heated trays. You’d go starving if you relied on the meagre offerings.
I stayed here for 2 weeks in June (2022) and I thought the location was pretty good (quiet street away from noise) but only a 12 minute walk to the beach and even closer to multiple bars and restaurants. It’s not a flash resort so keep your expectations in check but value for money as far as I’m concerned. Thankfully there is a kettle in the room if you want to enjoy a coffee on your spacious balcony.

Australia2 great pools but would be nice to have one for kids and one for adults without children. Local uncontrolled wild kids in both pools all day most days made it really impossible to relax poolside. I went and paid to go to neighboring hotel pool to swim even though 2 lovely pools at my hotel . Sad
I broke my foot and staff especially Aris and Devi really helped me through difficult time

SingaporeThe toilet/aircon does smell and the sheets are abit stained but to be honest, its just the start to the recovery from the pandemic and after observing up close, they are still very clean so I didnt mind too much and felt home.
Came for 2 nights, stayed for 2 weeks. Didnt want a ‘hotel’ stay in Bali at first but the comfort and ‘zen-ness’ of the place and the super nice and professional staff made me feel too much at home. Special mention to Aris a very bright young man who has been super attentive, friendly and smiley the whole time despite working so much. And to the security guard who gave me a ride to the nearest open mart to get some water in the middle of the night. And the other smiley staff who kept accommodating my constant last min requests. Im very grateful for the whole experience there.

South AfricaProperty does need some maintenance. That is expected after having a pandemic , but they do address any issues quickly.
Good wi fi most of the time. Comfy beds and satellite TV. Pool water was not hot so that was great.

AustraliaThe breakfast is a joke. I was there for 7 nights and I noticed that the hot food trays were always empty. I would have to request an omelette each and every morning from the staff otherwise you’re left with the weak-cordial drink or the crappy coffee. Don’t come here expecting a hearty breakfast. I had issues on 2 days with no wifi for 5 hours or so. After several complaints it was resolved. The rooms don’t have much in terms of sound proofing- the interconnected rooms have a door (that’s obviously locked) but sound travels easily so if you’re noisy during sleep everyone will hear you. Oh another thing..you know that saying “a watched kettle never boils”, well the goddamned kettle in my room takes forever to boil. I turned the kettle on and had a five minute shower….it was still going! It’s a mystery how a kettle takes 6-8 minutes to boil when it’s not even half full (or half empty for you pessimists reading this review).
In terms of value for money it’s seriously hard to find fault with the crappy breakfast or the sloppy checkin process. The pool is in the shade most of the day so it’s a bit nippy but once you’re in the water is fine. The rooms have a nice big comfy bed and the tv channels have all your usual international news channels and 4-5 good movie channels.
