We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaOn my last stay the family in the room above were very noisy at night with children running back & forth which was quite annoying. Fortunately the staff asked them to settle down so others were not inconvenienced.
Everything about this place is top rate, the staff, the gym , the rooms & the location. The buffet breakfast is the best in Padang. It's my go to accom whenever I stay in Padang. The manager Irfan is amazing , such a great asset to the hotel.

Australia- The minibar took overnight to cool down so we had to wait a night to drink cold water. - the pool was nice but I wish they had a jacuzzi too
The hotel was modern (and this is quite rare to find in Padang) - I believe this is the best hotel in terms of price - we paid 650k/ night for a double bed room. When browsing hotel prices on these travel apps, use incognito mode so the apps don’t track you nor increase the price! Also, nice outdoor swimming pool.

SingaporeHotel is in two towers connected via the lobby. Not a big issue but if your room is on one side and the swimming pool/gym on the other than you have to go through the lobby in you gym clothes. Can be awkward when there is some formal function and everyone else is in suits :)

Air conditioner is blowing air directly to our face this make me ill should change the position air blowing toward feet rather Not enough hooks in bath room to hang tower, wet clothes etc… No international electric adaptor.

Very good location. Great skypool…new updated facilities. Super clean and modern hotel in Padang. Rooms are fresh and comfortable. TV with lots of good channels. Everything is shinning here. Best quality hotel in Padang by far. Room Service menu is good.
