The size of the rooms and that there were no balcony’s etc.

The location was great, staff were friendly. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant staff were amazing. Very accommodating for us and our little family.

the hotel facilities are a bit old, but still worth the value for money. The room wasn't very big

Breakfast in the restaurant very good with vegetarian options. The staff is very attentive, I had a reservation with a double bed, and as they gave me two beds together as soon as I checked in they informed me that the next day I would have the room available, although I decided to stay in the one I was given. Room & towels provide were clean

They have a live band that plays till 11pm every night, even with the ear plugs in it was still quite loud (being on level 2)

Everything! The rooms were clean and comfortable, fresh towels and water every day, staff were really nice and always checking things are ok. The restaurant food was great, great location - quick walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. One day we were met with a very impressive towel elephant and a lovely note! This really made my day :)

I have been here a few times and it’s very consistent. The rooms are basic but clean and good. If your travelling with surfboard bags like us the room might be a little small but other wise great! Definitely check out the spa on level 5!

Room and bathroom were rather small with not much space to maneuver around. Breakfast was disappointing, as there was no vegetarian option, just few cut fruits in a box and a cup of OJ. Even the box was half empty. Since we got a decent deal, for us it was value for money especially since we spent most of the time outside your room.

Nice clean hotel. Perfect location on the most lively street of the town with nice restaurant. Ambience at reception and restaurant was great, they even played live music in the evening. Staff was professional.

For the price, it was really nice.

Location was good, staff was lovely! Room was clean but could do with a bit of scrubbing/deep clean. It was cleaner than communal areas for sure. Breakfast was really nice (a la carte, one juice, one coffee, one meal) very tasty.

Room was a bit small and the bathroom had a smell while using. I lost one piece of cloth and wasn't able to find it even after checking in with the staff. We also got aware of the activities like juice making, canang sari making on our last day, it would be nice to know them when we checked in.

The location was amazing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area. Staff was helful and nice. It waz amazing to join the canang sari making activity.

2 minute walking distance to the beach. Restaurant on site which is reasonably priced & gelato stand. Very basic but perfect for a few nights stay.

The breakfast here was excellent. The location was great - in the heart of everything but at the quieter end of the street and near the beach. The best thing, though, were the staff. There were a couple of minor problems the day I checked in and the staff handled these wonderfully. Also, they would frequently check in that everything was ok and whether I needed anything. From the front desk, to the waiters, to the cleaners, to the security, I really got the feeling that the staff genuinely wanted me to have a nice stay. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service - it really made me feel at home!

Room was a little dusty and small. Small windows in the room so not much natural light.

Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. The breakfast here was excellent. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Elevator for taking our luggage up to the room. Location was good close to seminyak beach.

They told us our double bed room was sold out because they over booked if we slept in single beds pushed together which sucked but at least we didn’t get stood up I guess and I think they did that to scam us because we paid for a more expensive room.

Loved how close it was to everything and loved the cleanliness and the staff.

Overall, it met my expectations. My room was not big and with no window, but it was perfect for the type of travel that I did. I was always outside visiting around.

Staff is amazing, they helped me out with finding some places for renting a scooter. All of them were very helpful and nice. Breakfast is really delicious! I would give 10/10 only for staff and breakfast!
