The rooms are really small even for a budget B&B. The building of the hotel and other rooms aren't really clean. Though I didn't have cleanliness issues with the room itself which was satisfactory.

The location of this hotel is probably the only thing you should pay the amount they ask for. The facilities in the room are of a high end hotel. Great job on that TBF.

I know it's a small space, but it would be great if there was more seating at the pool so more people could come and relax.

The location is great, a short walk to the beach and restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are all the clean and tidy with the essentials like hairdryer, a small desk and chair, tv, hangers, basic toiletries etc. They are all the same size but the ones at the back are probably quieter as there's live music in the restaurant in the evenings (didn't bother me as it stopped by 9 or 10 I think). The breakfast is really good, there are so many options, and they were all made fresh to order and delicious.

Rooms and bath small and dated. Some unpleasant odors when AC turned off possibly near toilet. Live music is nice but may impact you if you are trying to work or sleep 7pm- 11pm. Area above restaurant is delapitated and not as depicted in website photos. Floor above restaurant Not usable and may be under future construction.

The pool was clean but not really in the sun but there are lots of beds on the beach

The rooms are small but very clean and perfect for the price. There is music until 11pm but it’s not that loud if you get in earlier. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the live music was always great

It is necessary to soundproof the Spa in the evening after the live music starts. In my opinion, live music is not very suitable for the location The hotel needs repairs and the refreshment of the rooms For one person the room is good for 2, it is small but you can handle it

The location is perfect for the beach. The breakfast is varied and good. People are kind and respond to requests. I asked for a more secluded room because there is live music in the evening on the terrace of the restaurant. It is a fair price for the services and location

bathroom rather small, cleaning sometimes inconsistent but overall ok, bathroom getting old - will need an update in the years to come, building (walls) on outside could use a clean up (white walls gradually get green grey and black...), pool and pool area too small to spend long time so not very useful to sit and hang out in that sense if you are looking for that.

staff really super friendly, helpful and concerned, breakfast formula very good, quality very good, good mattress, great location, AC works well, good deal / price, worth to stay, ask a quiet room :-)

We did not realise the rooms had no windows before booking. We only stayed one night so it was fine but i would not recommend this for a longer period of time because of that reason. Rooms are also quite small (no place to out your bags etc) We requested a double bed days before through booking.com but got twin beds pushed together

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean The location was good. Seminyak is very very busy, this hotel was right at the end of the busy part: between the resaurant streets and the more quiet beach part. We also really liked that checkout is only at 12
