The food wasnt in good preparation, the location was far from the center, and their services. I have a food delivery but they cant help me to deliver it to the room.

The 2-bedroom villa is excellent choice and value for family and friends travelling together. The design is excellent with plenty of privacy.

The rooms were very clean, but I did find a few tiny bugs crawling around the bathroom counter, coming from a hole near the sink.

The staff were exceedingly kind, cheerful, and well-mannered. Though some members of staff spoke little or no English, they were still always polite and made sure to fetch someone more fluent in English to assist us during our stay. Notices from management left in the rooms always included English translations, the rooms were big, bright, and clean, with great views of the pools and the mountains in the distance. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet - I can't recommend it enough!

There were little things off about the room compared to other times I have stayed there: the bathroom seemed darker (maybe to do with the light placement), the hairdryer only worked for a minute or two until it cut itself off, the towel rail was wobbling out of the wall

As always the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food is great, and it's close to the city. We accidentally left something in our room but after calling them they said they'd hold on to it until we can get back there to collect it.

1.The daily cleaning could be better. The whirlpool was not properly cleaned between uses and the water feature in front of the villa also could have been cleaned better. 2. On one day the dirty towels were taken away but not refreshed with clean ones. 3. There was a kitchen in our villa and utensils were supposed to be available on request. We asked for 1 pan but never got it.

The location - far away from the noise and the property. The villa we stayed in was very pretty and so comfortable. The design of the villa was superb and the surroundings were peaceful.

I could say this is one of the best comfy hotel. Very Indonesian hotel: great swimming pools, surrounded by palms and green trees, staffs very griendly, nice rooms and very quiet place far from the crowded street. Perfect for to have a relaxing holiday.

this time… due to miscommunication with the WA reservation staff, my stay was not as good as I expected. first case is about ramadhan iftar package for staying guest… which the receptionist promised to do something about it but she gave me a cold shoulder the morning we checked out. second reason is we came 2 hours earlier than check in time, while its understanable the room was not ready at that time, but it turned out the hotel prioritize standard room to be cleaned…

it was mu second stay in this hotel. I decided to pick harris simply because it’s within malang city area and it has 3 (!!) nice pools! and the kids club to entertain my little one!
