The lobby area is a little unwelcoming with construction materials around due to new villa construction next door by HK Villas

Great breakfast options each morning brought to our villa by great, friendly and helpful staff. Private pool was great to jump into after long walks around the area and down to the beaches of Legian and Seminyak

We book a villa with a private pool. Unfortunately the pump for the pool wasn't working well and it wasn't running on timing throughout the 6 nights we were there. Not sure due to this, I kept getting rashes whenever I swam in the pool. Somehow the pool wasn't in top tip cleanliness. The ideal of having a private pool was the reason we paid for a higher price. It was a bit disappointing in this area

The peace and quiet of this place. There is a convenient store nearby that you could buy stuff. There is a local traditional food court where you could try local food. Location is good. The villa is clean, they are very generous with the servings for breakfast.

The property was so clean, the staff were so friendly. Close to everything we needed. The pool was perfect. The staff wanted to do so much for us and were always happy and smiling

Cannot fault this place, Staff are very welcoming .we stayed 12 nights. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast every morning & cleaned your room & pool everyday. We had to leave at 7.30 one morning & told them we won't be needing breakfast that day, They said they would make breakfast for us to take with us for the road trip. 10 minute walk to the heart of Legian, was good to come back to cause it was nice & quite . Will definitely be back.

The aircon wasn't that cold and the doors had small gaps which left a lot of air out and mozzies in. Nothing some mozzie spray didn't fix. The pool got quite warm on the hotter days but was still refreshing. Ideally could have been colder.

HK villas were great, they provided one free scooter per room which was great to go local given traffic was crazy.

The pool needed more water and a bit of a clean, was sorted out. Possibly needed a cover as it was in direct sunlight

Glass door on the toilet Fridge doesn't completely close, bad seals. Causing drinks not to be cold.

Airconditioning! 3 aircons, on before arrival and maintained the temperature. Pool had shade- first place in Bali we have seen this. Staff going out of their way to help. Nothing was ever an issue. Breakfast was amazing. Double shower, two toilets, spa bath. All amazing. Cheap laundry onsite.

Very comfy, clean and the staff were exceptional and willing to help whenever needed! Breakfast was great every morning and used the laundry service and clothes were smelling better than ever! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Will definitely recommend to friends and come visit again sometime soon!
