The hotel is nice overall, and the lcoation is perfect. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The room are a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained.

The room was tiny and the quality of items are not great. When we moved beds the lamp came out. It seems that it was sticked in the wall instead of screwing.

There were ants for Pancakes in the breakfast buffet. Omlette was at additional cost. The other items on the buffet were okay not great compared to other hotels

1) the reception called us almost every day to remind us breakfast, came to clean at 8:30 in the morning 2) for the Nyepi, they said we had to be quiet yet everyone even the staff were screaming all day 3) the cleaning of the room did not I close cleaning the toilets at all 4) the buffet for dinner was terrible (paid 150K which was not worth it at all)

I'd like it if they warn me about the bathroom's door. It was quite unsettling for me doing my business with poorly secure doors. The closet door also need some fixing oil as they were noisy everytime opened.

The location was strategic with nearby laundry store for 'emergency' laundry service. Parking was adequate. The staff were helpful. Can ask for an iron at the reception if needed.

It’s a bit tired. Needs a good refurb. The room was cleaned everyday but the mirrors and shower door were not wiped down. It’s small things but makes a difference to your experience. No continental breakfast and no free airport transfer, as mentioned in their advert.

The beds we’re comfortable. The swimming pool was fab. The room size was good. There was no traffic noise even though the hotel is on a busy street.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly after complaining to the check In staff it was cleaned again. Some days we got a smell in our room not sure where it came from.

The staff were helpful the location was good. The breakfast was fine maybe a little more variety would be better. The pool was nice maybe an umbrella or 2 for some shade would be nice.

The first room we were given the bathroom sink was filthy, and the shower head was dirty and clogged. The hairdryer didn't work either. The room overall was quite tatty. I complained to staff and they gave us another room straight away.

Not sure about all rooms but we stayed at superior room, which was very, very old looking (broken tap in a bathroom, sink leaking and missing parts etc). The rooms require major refresh.

Bad smell in the bathroom, mini fridge not working and it was dirty, house keepers should clean well not just cleaning seen places. The bar at the pool is always closed 😑, Food menu needs to be updated 🙄.

Rooms smelt awful Tv reception not good Bathroom small Safes in both our rooms didn't work ( I didn't mention to reception as we could get around not using) We had issues from check in. We changed the dates by a few days (4 months ago)but apparently on the booking.com confirmation they didn't carry over our included daily breakfast (even though I had message confirmation from hotel that it would still be included) and they weren't going to honour it. After about an hour or more they did agree to honour it. Pool bar was not open during our entire stay (Christmas/new year period).We couldn't order cocktails at all first day thought it took 30mins of waiting just for them to tell us that they were sold out of alcohol, rest of trip it was only cocktails with Arak in them. Hardly any shade at pool. Ordered room massages at night and they said they could do 3 of us. 1 got done after about a 50 min wait for someone to arrive. The other 2 we cancelled as after more than an hour wait and a couple of calls the masseuse was "stuck in traffic". Fridge not working on arrival. Took a few days and a couple of reminders for fridge to be replaced. Not everything on food menu was available. Wanted $15 for 20min of jacuzzi use. (I looked under its cover and it didn't look very clean anyway) I'm in no way a fussy person and am used to budget accom.

Close to everything. About a ten minute walk to the beach. Staff were always happy and friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was adequate and some dishes got changed daily for variety. Pizza from menu was nice. The pool was nice and clean. Family members used gym frequently and were able to do adequate workouts. Our rooms were serviced daily.

Breakfast - Below Average. I would say a complete waste of money.

Toilets - Clean, but there should be a decent door to it. Location - Excellent. Rooms - Are decent size. Enough for a 2+1 family.

The front staff behavior was not pleasant. As if we were bound to stay there and hence they dont need to show any courtesy. This the first time I had to pay the total 4days room charge during check in. I booked a room where I clearly mentioned that there are 2 adults and one 8years old kid. It was mentioned that breakfast is included. But during check in I was informed that breakfast is only for two persons, as my room is suitable for 2 person. Again this was not mentioned during booking. I may be wrong but I never had this experience.

Bathroom door can't be locked. Mini fridge is not cold, just chilled.

Buffet breakfast and the timing is from 7am to 10.3am. This makes it very convenient for guests who may needs to leave earlier for excursions or need to check out earlier as well as for those who woke up Abit late. The breakfast selections though not alot but it's good enough for me.

I think the head superviser (manager) is not taking interest. I found milk and juice is diluted on complaining they replaced with good pure milk. Quality of food must improve.

The breakfast only serves indonesian menu and some toasts as other option.

The hotel is well located and they have a swimming pool in the top where you can rest and enjoy in overcrowded and chaotic Kuta. The staff is impecable and the rooms were tidy and clean. The overall facilities are okay.
