The best place to stay if you are looking to do Ijen trek from BanyuWangi and also just to chill around. It is located very close to the port and lot of shops, restaurants & Indomart are nearby. The home stay is maintained so clean & neat, we stayed in their double room with shared bathroom. Rooms were comfy & bathrooms were always kept clean. You also refill your bottles, they have kept free drinking water. The hosts are so polite and caring. Their arrange package tour to Ijen which includes pick up right from homestay, so it’s quite easy. They also provide rental jackets, if you had went for the trek unprepared like us. 😅 After you are back from the trek, you will be welcomed with delicious food, coffee & fruits. 🤤 That was so satisfying to have such a yummy meals after the trek. They also arrange transport to go to main areas in Bali. You will definitely have a great experience with Ijen backpackers. 👍🏻

Kitchen and wash/shower place lack of paper to dry our hands after washing. The AC is a little bit too strong for the night sleeping.

For people planning to sleep through the night, I recommend earplugs. A couple of mosques nearby are extremely loud. One night it started at around 3 am and continued for maybe 1.5 hours. If you stay just to hike Ijen at night, it's not a problem.

The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the port, 2 min from the train station. A lot of street food choices around. The staff was absolutely lovely. I had booked a female dorm but they gave me a couple other choices. Eventually, I had a private room for the same price. There is a breakfast option for 25.000. It is delicious and very filling. Free coffee and tea.

The boss is very very very very nice! This is the most profound person I met in Indonesia! Looking forward to meeting you next time! The address of the B&B is right next to the train station and there are also motorcycles for rent.

Absolutely perfect location from both the train station and port. It is a good place to stay for breaking up the travel. 30 seconds walk from shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom and plenty of outside seating areas. The staff were all really helpful and the tours to Ijen sound like they were great.

The host is so friendly and helpful! Nice and clean bunkbeds, really comfy! The tour to the Ijen, which you can book directly at the hostel is so cheap and well organized. Location directly at the trainstation and the port. Also the host organized a cheap busride to bromo for us :) Try the breakfast, it is really good! Would totally recommend!

Can't get any closer to both the train station and ferry terminal. Comfortable beds with privacy curtain, clean showers and toilets, good wifi, filtered water and free coffee in the morning, very friendly staff. Great value for money.

If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs that you don't wake up because of the prayer from the mosque in the night.

The host is very heartwarming. We had a great breakfast with fruits and pancakes. She also gave me another blanket when i asked for it and send something to us after my friend forgot it in the hostel. The cats in the hostel are really cute and like to cuddle.

Great little spot next to the port which made it so easy coming over late at night - the staff was beyond lovely and breakfast was perfect !
