Our room was dated and needs a modern refurbishment. The entire hotel needed to be modernized. The pool area in particular needed a lot of work doing.

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay each day. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Our room was big as we booked an ocean view suite but it needed plenty of work. The pool was nice and clean but the general pool area was uninviting.

Breakfast was plentiful with daily menu changes. You could also order freshly cooked meals and drinks. The breakfast staff were delightful. Actually all of the staff went above and beyond. Our room was on the 4th floor with beautiful views over the amazing garden and sea. The pool is an infinity pool looking over the beach. Pool was clean and the cocktails delish.

I had booked a room for three (2 adults and 1 child - 14 years old ) but they gave me for two and refused to provide sheets and pillow for the third person.

The location is perfect. Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

the staff were nice but very poorly trained. very few of them knew what they were doing. it seems like the supervisors and management are well trained but the staff are all daily workers and not at all trained. we booked a ‘romantic meal’ and for $200 usd they were offering us a meal on a table next to the public path that we could just sit at if we ate in the restaurant for no extra cost. the $100 brunch was about as good as their buffet breakfast (which is so-so compared to similar hotels) and we felt ripped off given that their marketing presented it as a ‘Luxury’ brunch. all of the products (meat especially) are the cheapest type available and you would find similar in a 3 star hotel or low quality cafe.

The suite was great. really big lounge area, great bedroom, bathroom big and the massage room was used as a dressing room and helped give us some extra space. we didn’t use the outdoor terrace but it was huge. the kids room is good, the pool is nice.

The entire property needs a huge maintenance. No valet parking, shame for a 5 stars hotel.

Nice spacious room and beautifully decorated. The service at the restaurant was great. we had a great stay.

There was a little confusion at Pier 8 restaurant about the open hours and Drink Menu…Everything else was perfect.

The Lobby area was a bit sad ,sofas at lobby lounge was filthy dirty,cushions looks old and simply no zest in the lobby which always gives the first impression about the property! I feel like walking into some local management of 3 or 4 star hotel. In room design which looks updated look unmatch with the lobby.

The main pool does not have enough shaded areas we were unable to stay there opting to sit in the children’s pool area which was well shaded and much more comfortable.

The king suite we had was huge and were able to fit 2 single beds for the kids, perfect for families The rooms and restaurants have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. Food and drinks were good and reasonable prices. We enjoyed a couples spa treatment whilst the lovely ladies in the spa took care of the kids There are 3 lovely pools to swim in and the pool attendants are very attentive.

The service staff is nice. You can take away more after you finish your breakfast. Great if you intent to chill out in the room.
