The proximity to the beach, restaurants, massage etc. Lovely small pool and gardens. Great breakfast and efficient service. Very good price to stay at Jati we are going back for the last few days.

The rooms were big but a little old. Comfy beds, but the shower, sink and toilet need updating. We had a kitchen in our villa, but it was not fit for using, not very clean and no good utensils.

Great location, close to the beach. Lovely gardens and pool. Staff was kind and breakfast was good. Overall it was great value for money!

Hotel Jati location was excellent! Right on the main strip of Jalan Tamblingan with plenty of food, shopping and spa options but the rooms/villas are set back from the road so not traffic noise! Only a short 1 block walk to the beach. Breakfast at Warung Jati out the front was included and excellent value - hot tea or bali coffee, juice, fruit with the option of egg on toast, banana pancake or nasi/mie goreng always served with a welcoming smile from the lovely warung staff! Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa was clean and cool and had direct access to the pool area from our cute little private courtyard. Our late check in on arrival was seamless and we were relieved to walk into our beautifully air conditioned room with a bottled water for each of us! All the staff at Hotel Jati were happy, welcoming and helpful and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the Sanur area!

The manager was really lovely initially but by day 8 he was quite cold towards us, not sure why, maybe because we wouldn’t use their overpriced driver service! The villa was clean and comfortable but the kitchen was disgusting, no base for kettle and I had to wash all the utensils and glasses before using. The wardrobes in the bedrooms both has a door missing and the safe was not available for our use. All other staff there were so lovely and made our stay to enjoyable despite everything else.

It would be nice to have an electric water cooker in the room. Although one of our rooms has a kitchen with a small gas stove, it is still more practical with an electric water cooker.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, many food options nearby, and a convenience store just in front. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with AC (really useful in the hot and humid air). Breakfast was decent, good to start the day. The staffs were nice and helpful.

The grounds were beautiful and also quiet, room was clean with good amenities. Staff all very friendly. And helpful. Also in a great location, close to the beach and to restaurants.

The hotel has no electrical sockets ready for loan, neither hair dryer. Hotel staff managed to search and find the serviceable items at the end. The bottled water is chargeable. Bed sheets cleanness can be improved.

It would have been good to have an extra floor mat as the bathrooms got very wet. Also the kitchen utensils were not sufficient and could do with an upgrade eg the electric kettle had no base.

The location is great. Right I’m the middle of the Sanur strip with all things very accessible. The place was quiet and peaceful and the people friendly, helpful and nice.

Could have wished for some bigger spoons in the kitchen. Only found two teaspoons. The pool was OK but looker larger on the pics. It's probably about 5x8 meters.

Very cozy place bali style. Good beds and showers! We enjoyed our stay (kids of 11 and 13)
