Adequate accommodation in a good location in Sanur, that's close to the beach and in a central and safe location. Rooms are clean, no traffic noise from Jln. Danau Tamblingan and no mosquitoes around or in the rooms. The gardens are traditional and provide good privacy from neighbouring rooms. The included breakfast is ample; it includes a few choices, ranging from western to local. Small pool but it's sufficient to relax by or swim in. The larger villas with a kitchen look great and I'd probably stay in one of these next time.

We particularly liked the authentic Balinese design and intimate scale of Jati and the beautiful garden.. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to some good restaurants and not far from the beach. The breakfast was good

Very nice breakfast, only 8 minutes to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Appliances were rather old but functional. All in all you could see that due to corona crisis the rooms haven’t been used in quite some time and would need a makeover and maintenance, but the staff made up for it by being amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all good value for money, we would stay here again!

great location, with vintage balinese house architecture and beautiful garden. awesome spot for starting morning and evening stroll for sunrise and sunset, only a few steps to public alley to the beach. Jalan Danau Tamblingan has everything you need: walk to Mak Beng, Starbucks, Bread Basket, Massimo, Trattoria and of course the beaches and its pedestrian walk.

The laundry service - many clothes came back with stains, whick meant I had to buy my own stain remover and use the dishwasher soap to hand wash them to a good standard. Have never had this issue with any laundry services in SE Asia before .

Breakfast was consistently good, and well proportioned. Fruit, coffee/orange juice, with either eggs & toast/nasi Goreng or a banana pancake. Served quickly.

The park could be overcrowded. Got some mosquito outside bcs exotic plants are everywhere. Sometimes they need cash payment over the EDC machine

The villa was not the one on pictures: the living room was quite dark and had no AC. Kitchenware could have a few more items.

Spacious villa well equipped, nice materials, beautiful garden and houses/terrace balinese style, nice little swimming pool. Good breakfast was served where we wanted, staff very friendly and reactive. Nice restaurants and shops just nearby, and a few min walk to the beach.

Water dripping from the roof in the bathroom. No extraction fan so very damp. And the place was in general very dirty. Found clothes left behind in the closet…. And the aircon was very noise and not blowing cold

Grounds were excellent. Responsive staff. Location great. Small boutique hotel. Breakfast adequate but you paid small amount for extra. Water wasn’t included but could buy large (?20litres)water for 30,000 rupiah and they brought to the room and hooked up to water cooler/heater.

Pool is a little hot and not much shade but that can't be helped. We cooled off in the outside shower then jumped back in the pool.

We had a family cottage style room as it had 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, a kitchen, dining table, sofas, TV and private access to the pool. It was perfect for 5 adults. Breakfast was delicious and the pool is nice. The hotel is so close to Sanur beach and all the restaurants, bars and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

The place is looking very tired. Needs a refresh. Pool is very small and needs work done to it. Breakfast was sparse and not a good selection. Service was poor. Did not receive fresh water every day. There is a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee making facilities. In my opinion there seems to be a lack of direction from the top. One of the few places I wouldn't stay at again and we have been to Bali many times.
