A lot of bugs and flies around. Check in was meant to be 2pm however we reached at 3pm and got told the room wasn’t ready.

It was further from the Main part of Ubud than expected with not many options for food. However this was also a positive as it was peaceful and quiet.

The facility was very tranquil and peaceful. Hidden away from the Main Street it was quiet and a beautiful spot to enjoy the pool. The open dining room was beautiful and the pool was excellent.

The location is too far away from Ubud center. There is wery small amount of kitchenware, no towels in kitchen and first floor WC. TV is with weak signal and no international channels. You can not sunbathe as the sun almost not shining into the swiming pool area.

The pool was nice. The open first floor kitchen and living room was interesting experience.

Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures in terms of how clean it is but it’s not awfully dirty, it was a lot cleaner than our last villa. The floor in our room was real damp so it was like old wood coming off - it needs to be fixed asap. The space outside where the kitchen is needs a good power wash for the floor as well around the pool. Our toilet had a funky smell that wasn’t strong but if you had a shower (shower next for toilet) you could smell it and it wasn’t pleasant.

The pool & the size of it was amazing! Our bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was cleaner than the last villa we were at. The hangout space outside was nice too! Very spacious!

The staff was very friendly! They stay in contact on whatsapp for al you needs. The apartment was wonderful with a lovely garden and pool! You can also rent a scooter here to drive to the centrum. I would recommend this appartment!

we met some cockroaches but as soon as we let the staff know they act immediately and they were gone forever. The apartment around the AC has some mold.

When we arrived, nohody service us. Only housekeeper give us key and manager what's up number, due to manager was day off so no one can really help us to get Taxi ,power charge and travel plan....etc, It was not very nice for start and kind disappoint us, however after she is back, feel much better have someone help and get massage in the villa, that's was really nice. No breakfast in this villa and around there is not have any restaurant. Location wasn't very convenient for new travellers to visit ubud first time. Villa is old need some renovations, specifically the deck for pool area, downstairs floor really slippery, need be really careful

If you are looking for a peaceful place for your vacation, this accommodation is exactly what you are looking for. It is not in the center of Ubud, but if you call Gojek, a car will take you for less than 2 USD and you will be there in 10 minutes. There are also very good restaurants and morning and night markets within walking distance. The villa has a large pool and is well equipped even for a longer stay (we were here for a week and we didn't miss anything). The accommodation is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

it was a bit remote, far from any food places and there was no food service provided at the villas.

1. One of the 2 bedrooms had a dead, rotten rat in the false ceiling, which made the room stink and unlivable. After several complaints about the foul smell in the room, after more than 24 hours, the gardener found the dead rat. Even after the rat was removed and the room sprayed with freshener, the smell didn't completely go. This smell was present in the room before we checked in, but the staff didn't bother to check on it until we complained. The smell kept increasing every hour until the rat was found and removed. The smell reduced but still continued for the entire duration of our stay, which really ruined our entire stay. 2. The AC unit in the same bedroom had not been probably serviced in a year and had a choked filter and wasn't cooling at all. I was told the technician will be available after 2 days so I took the help of the gardener again and cleaned the AC filter myself, as the gardener didn't know how to do it. Cleaning the filter improved the cooling quite a bit, but the AC needed a full service and deep clean as it was filthy. The ac technician finally came after 2 days. 3. For some reason, the private pool can only be used until 6 pm, which renders it useless as you can't chill out after returning from sightseeing. 4. There is no room service, and you have to get everything by grab. There is a restaurant called Dining Corner across the street, but you have to walk 500 meters up and down a steep path to get to it, which isn't very convenient. Additionally, Dining Corner is comparatively higher priced than similar places, although the food, staff, and ambience are good. 5. The property lacks proper maintenance and our holiday and mood was completely ruined by our stay at Kamajaya.

It is quiet so be prepared for riding around 15 mins by scooter to the city. There are few restaurants in the closer area, though.

Good AC, good WiFi, big bed (very soft, not for everybody), a proper table for work, big bathroom with big bathtub, nice little pool with rather chilly water, spacious outside, decent kitchen equipment available, quiet around, they help with laundry and scooter rental.

Microwave not working. No paper towels. No dish detergent. Towels had stains. Hot water is very few. Lots of mosquitoes in bedroom.
