All was perfect. I’d probably suggest minor improvements, likw nespresso cofee machines to the room, better toilettries, etc. these small details that make 5-star hotels.

Immaculate territory, very calm and quiet, extremely friendly and helpful personnel. The restaurant always had plenty of vacant tables and the food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and cosy. The beach is vast and secluded, not really suitable for swimming though. There are no facilities for kids, and swimming poola are 1.55m deep, so if you are looking for kids hotel, this may not be the ideal choice, but this is ideal for a romantic get-away :)

The setting is beautiful in the middle of an existing coconut plantation- great modern architecture. The staff is lovely very helpful and friendly.

Nothing really - if I had to find something then more seafood options would be nice :)

The attentiveness of the staff started the moment we arrived. We were there at 8.30am and the first question posed to us was Have you had breakfast? When we said we hadn't, we were invited to join the breakfast, and given a spare room with towels and everything to rest while our villa was being prepared. It was hospitality at its best, it is a down to earth, quaint place with all the little luxuries that you need - i.e the most amazing mango smoothie bowls and massages! There are two amazing pool that overlook the ocean. The beach is clean and very swimmable :)

The stay at this hotel was exceptional and incredible. The views from every corner of this hotel were breathtaking and surreal. The hotel offers daily free activities to learn all about Balinese traditions, and I found that to be quite a unique attribute of this hotel. The hotel's staff and management were incredibly sweet, cheerful, hospitable and just, overall, lovely bunch of people. I would like to sincerely thank Komang, Chandra, Arden, Pepet and Made for making our stay extra special. The restaurant offers great menu as well! I especially liked the freshness and the sustainability of the restaurant. They would think of every little detail of the plate before serving it. The hotel also offers great day trips around Bali. I advise everyone to stay at this "little heaven on earth" hotel!

The retreat is about 2.5 hours from Denpasar and the airport, sometimes more depending on traffic. However, with the new highway that is planned to be built in Bali in the coming years, the trip duration will hopefully decrease.

Kelapa is a beautiful retreat with a private beach, delicious indonesian (and western) food and a lovely staff. The staff is very friendly, they offer lots of free and paid activities you can choose from, and it’s all round a pleasant place to stay if you want rest and recharge. Next to the private beach, there is a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by palm trees, and a number of villas have their own infinity pools. The villas are clean and very pleasant to stay at.

Only downside of this resort is the price - the restaurant and spa can be quite pricey. However these are things you can be aware of before booking, it was expected that it would be expensive and the price was worth it due to the quality.

Loved our time here. Extremely relaxing - great place for a retreat after all the business of the rest of Bali. We finished our trip here so we didn't leave the resort and just relaxed - this was still great because of the beach and facilities. Highlight of the trip was when we were invited to release baby turtles into the ocean - although they told us that it only happens a few times a year and we were lucky to have been there.

Awesome place. We stayed at one of the beach villas and had a great time. The interiors are nicely done and the outdoor shower was a hit. The beach is just a few steps away, as are the two pools, the spa, and the restaurant, where we had all meals. Overall we were very happy with the staff, quality, the service. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

Nothing honestly.

Very friendly staff. Great food! The Chef is amazing. I believe he cooks everything with his full heart. Everything tastes wonderful!!! SPA is also nice. The location is not a popular tourist spot, but is great for someone who wants a quiet vacay. The villa has daily free activities and offers various full day and half day trips. Plus if you love surfing, this is THE place for you. We will surely come back if we visit the west Bali again.

An amazing resort, lost in the middle of nowhere, real hidden paradise with huge and well designed gardens, private stone pools and stunning villas, perfectly located right on an endless and empty and beautifully natural beach front with trees everywhere (No other resort around). An extremely restful and quiet place, for those who like to meditate in front of the never-ending waves, for honeymoon couples, pampered by the very helpful staff, for families to enjoy together this safe and beautiful heaven and its delicious breakfast, and for spa and massages indeed. The name itself of the resort reveals a lot on what to expect there, don't miss this place!

It’s a little paradise, very quiet location, beautiful infinity pool close to the (almost deserted) beach, nice breakfast, very friendly staff and beautiful villa with private pool and garden.

Its only a suggestion: The hotel could provide more activities like Yoga, Meditation, surfing etc as their is nothing around. Also the SPA prices were compared to the rest of the island very expensive. Maybe a small kids area, if they want to attract families:-) BUT this to be said, it was a perfect family holiday!

Everything was simply amazing. It was a very quite resort in the middle of nowhere. We literally had the beach and the pool facilities for ourselves. The restaurant was very nice, but its also the only option to eat at around the area, so you have to use it, which was fine for us.

After high tide there is some plastic debris at the beach at times, the hotel stuff does clean it up daily though.

Bugs in the room, nothing you can do about it, it's nature, but I still struggle with it. And the food menu, I just need to adjust to Bali flavorings.

We had the best experience! The room is divine, the property is beautiful. Had the best massages of our lives with Yulia and Aliet. My husband is Vegan and ARDHY took special care of his meals and needs. Everyone was so professional. The room is special, you just need to experience it. High quality and comfortable. Super clean. The beach and pools are magnificent, clean, lot's to explore. We did the free activities daily, that was fun and unexpected. We did a nature walk with Kadek Maddi and had the best time. Staff knows their stuff, and they hurried. The grounds are unusual and enjoyable to walk. This is a must stay if you visit Bali.
